İ started at the beginning of Nov and the program made me so sore i got put off the gym--i went back last friday and tried again--i was sore til yesterday(tues) and i will go again today. The gym instructor says i should keep going because it shows is working but i know when i feel inwardly 'pained' and not just sore.--i burnt 1000 cals on friday in the total workout!

73.1 kg again today, same as yesterday, so that can go down as this week's official weight for me, thanks.

:TWell done on the losses so far everyone! :T

OH got home early yesterday (his work let them out after lunch as everyone was worried about the train delays etc) and we went for a lovely walk in the snow, throwing snowballs and generally being merry - I am loving the snow, it's making me feel all Christmassy!! Can't wait to get all the decorations out!!!:j

STS for me - forgot to weigh myself first thing and was a bit annoyed as i'd already had brekkie and got dressed by the time i remembered!

Well done to all the Losers this week, :j I am regretful that I am not one of them :o. I weighed in this morning and to my delight I am a stay the same !! Yay go me!
I have managed to cut out the coke and real coffee too, am on extra diluted ribena and decaf coffee, and feel grand, although the head aches from withdrawl were awful for nearly a week!! Not feeling anywhere near as cravingey, managed to turn down treats and cream cakes.
And being the proud owner of a brand spanking new treadmill :D I now have no excuses not to get walking (and possibly running, once I get into it) no matter what the weather is.
I have the spare room set up with a tv and dvd player so I can do the excercise dvd's I bought too.
I know it is going to take time and hard work this time but I think my head is in the right place this time.

  • I've had amazing success with the meal replacement diet I'm doing but I guess different things work for different people. I don't have the time to prepare calorie counted meals and I think if you trust the brand you can leave in their capable hands and go about your business. I'm doing celebrity slim and it's easy and actually works. I have a really good balanced meal in the evening with the family and plenty of healthy snacks between meals.
