    That's the multi millionaire who has personal trainers, staff, £1000's to spend on beauty treaments every day and cosmetic surgery whenever? That's the multi millionaire who's very existance is based on the shallowest profession in the world - hollywood movies, who hasn't had or got a sucessful loving relationship with a normal man like you have?
    MMMmmm, me thinks you might be setting yourself up to fail here:D.

    okay okay telling off taken - but my point really wasn't 'i want to look like that', it was more 'i'd love to feel confident in a bikini' - I dont remember the last pic i allowed to be taken of me on a beach. I honestly was not suggesting she is a good role model or inspiration in that sense, but I long to have a body that looks like i've looked after it and that i can enjoy. it's been so long since i felt good in swimwear... I am not a crazy person trying to emulate a celeb body i promise!!!!

    We are SO similar Vix! I love carbs. That's one reason why I like SW, unlimited pasta, noodles and rice! And i have the same body issues as you - quite like my top half but hate my bum, hips and thighs!

    I have started doing squats in the kitchen while i cook lunch and dinner :rotfl:

    We def should team up - diet buddies! How can we use our similarities to our advantage????

    LOL, ok betty, I'll get off your case:rotfl: . I guess also I am just someone for whom it never occured to ever wear a bikini at all and I've never 'done ' beaches, so it's not a longing I can relate too.

    Just had roast chicken. I can't imagine ever tiring of roast chicken. Just chicken and 3/4 plate of spring greens and abit of brochli. Yum
    I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

    well make sure you do the right kind of squat , cos it was doing the wrong kind that i blame for getting me to 30 stone

    yeah, as soon as i got up i did diddly-squat, then after lunch i did diddly squat and then when i got home from the chippy i did diddly-squat again while i was watching the telly. phew all them squats, no wonder i was exhasted ;-)

    Is it just me or does everybody have lots more wees when its cold? if yes and the bathroom's upstairs, and if going upstairs counts as using more calories then i think the answer to your question beanie could be yes?

    I love bikinis, I just look a bit crap in one. I'm saying a bit cos when I'm 70 I'll look back and think I looked alright!
    Betty: we are the same person!! Ha.

    I had cheerios and a kit jar for dinner. Is that a carb? I just fancied cheerios over scampi!

    8" of snow in NW Kent this morning ... Took OH 6 hours to get home last night :(

    Boy am I glad I aborted going to work after 90mins of only travelling 3 miles.

    Yes we try to maintain our body temp, the colder it gets the more energy we use, at the poles they reckon on eating 6k+ cals a day.
