    oh yeah

reporting a 1lb loss for me which I am ok with 180lbs :jwhich was my "realistic" target for the year, anything else will be a bonus, and I have put a tonne of muscle on as well :D
well done getting your realistic target, but whats the -3 and the 198lbs and the angry faces in your signature for then?
  • Thanks for the reminder re the prog Margaret just caught it on iplayer. I long since gave up on breakfast cereals: never filling and quesionable on the nutrician front.
Next week's prog on yoghurt will be interesting. I gave up buying the the fruit/flavoured ones because of the added sugar a few years ago: takes anyway any health benefits that I can see. Having given up dairy, I have switched from natural dairy yog to natural soya yoghurt. Very yummy and full of lacto bacto whatevers.

I was wondering the same puds.

    well done safesound:T

I've just made OH bread and butter pudding and a steak and kidney pie to warm him up from a day working outdoors:A. I'll be having mackeral on a bed of spring green and some beetroot.
I wonder if our online ^sd^ shop will arrive given the weather?

  • Evening everyone I am happily reporting another 2LB Loss This week Thank you Fred :A

We have only had a very light dusting of snow here in North Devon so compared to others we have been very Lucky. I hope you are all keeping warm and doing lots of these :j:j:j to keep warm ;)

Only problem is I am off to Mum's tomorrow as she has a hospital appointment on Friday. So I am praying that I can make it too her house and that the snow is not too bad in Hampshire so we can get to the Hospital......

Photo's went OK last week, my eldest sister said I looked very nice in my jumper dress and called me the smallest sister now which I was a little embarrassed about :o I guess I have always seen her as the smallest but I am now in a smaller size than her :)

I am also going to visit a friend for a few days so I have a feeling I might finally give in as we are suppose to be going to the christmas market...... mmmmmm....... gluwine and stollen

    Take care

  • Sorry to hear that vix. Death of someone close, even if not emotionally so always brings you up short. Brings us back to the basics of life I guess and the fundamentals who we are and how we chose to live. Look after yourself:grouphug:

Well done Sary:j I'm loving your sw journey:D

Victory - how are you doing this week?:grouphug:
