Victory~I still think your own well being is more important than wether you can take your employers for unfair dism, issal which you may have little chance of winning.

I am not sure I have made myself understood or understand what I am saying:rotfl::rotfl: what I am trying to say is at the beginning when I had the job I was lively, enthusiast, amiable, friendly, helpful, keen, enthusiatic person and now (other probs elsewhere also) I would describe myself as a panic attack, borderline black moods, dark thoughts thinker, lacking in self confidence below zero, crumbling wreck with a tendency to feel physically sick everytime it gets close to my shift hour and why?

Because I have been belittled, told off, told I am incompetent, stupid, cannot sell, do not understand, cannot communicate, cannot follow instructions, do not know anything about people, am just a no one.

I feel alone and not far off sitting in a corner giving up and rocking with the incredulaty of how did it come to this?

I cling to the knowledge that I started off as a good person and will end up a good person, the in between is sending me crazy but I can't let them win or can't let them go to their beds at night sleeping soundly while I palpitate and cannot remember the last time I slept all night long, it is not a vendetta, a get them at any cost, it is just the principal, it is justice, it is peace of mind, it is unfair and I am a good person.

A bolognaise tip. When I make bolognaise, I make it with spahetti or rice for the family but I boil broccoli for me and have my bologanise over broccoli - tastes good and gives the contrasts of textures without giving the extra carbs and it looks more appetiting that a bowl of bolognaise on its own.

I'm aware that I've got lazy recently and have caved in to far too many pies and chocolates, so time to refresh my enthusiasm! It's no wonder that the weight loss has ground to a stop.
It's 34 days to Christmas. So that's going to be 34 days with not a single slip from the diet plan. 34x 4mile dog walks(no more "its raining" excuses allowed!)
and 34x 600 steps climbed (if I dont get them all finished during the day then I'll make myself carry on into the evening or night until they're finished)Hitwithstick.gif

I'm making two goals for christmas day: 1)get to 25 stone 2)fit into a certain pair of trousers.

Has anybody got any other suggestions how I might up my game over the next few weeks?? something suitable for an extremely fat person, ideally that I can do at home/work whilst waiting for the phone to ring over an hopur or two and ideally that doesn't cost anything? All ideas appreciated :-)

Erm. Climb up and down the stairs? Dancings always good, this is what i do in front of the tv and flick through the music channels. I also find if i wiggle my bum/hips alot then it helps my waist look a bit trimmer. You could get a hula hoop!! I've always wanted to master that!!! Good luck ted with your 34 days, im sure you'll get into those trousers.

Im a little hungover this morning, probably 25%. So nothing too bad. My friend and i went out wearing the same jacket! ha. Proper paranoid but i think we got away with it.

Oh and ive heard on the grapevine that were predicted SNOW on thursday?????????????????????????? Please yes! i love it. I always get excited and it never comes so im gunna put that thought on the backburner.

Vicki ... a little hungover... "25%" if that's your blood alcohol reading then it sounds like you had a fun night :-)

Take one of my jackets, you and your friend could both wear it (both at the same time) and probably find room for another friend as well. Then when youve fininshed, donate it to the cub scouts, they might be able to use a new marquee ;-)

Thanks for the ideas, i'm already climbing up and down the stairs. theres 14 steps and will be doing it 45 times a day. TV dancing's a good idea, but the hula hoop, well I'd just end up fighting with the dog, he'd think we were playing some game, and I cant argue with him, cos he's bigger than me!
