It's taken me a while to work out it's a burger Eric - I was wondering why there was tomato sauce on the table for a weird looking victoria sponge :rotfl:

is that picture a cake decorated to look like a burger or is it a giant burger sliced like a cake?
mmm! I just lurve all things cakey - but if its actually a burger then [disappointed] you can keep it Eric, thanks all the same!
You can be proud of me tonight - I resisted pizza, mmm but couldn't say no to a small glass of red wine:j
Yep, that is worth being proud of... passing on a pizza might of just saved you something upto 2000 calories, i dont know what's in a small glass of wine , maybe a couple of hundred at the most? so it looks like it was an excellent substitute to me :-)

I had my air cabin crew round two interview today, it went well i think. Can never really say for sure but if its a no its been a worth while experience and i glad i went.
When will you get to find out how it went?
It reminded me of a complaint letter sent from virgin atlantic customer Oliver Beale to Richard Branson which was published in the news a couple of years ago. Hand on heart, the first time I read the letter, I found it so funny that I ended up sitting on the floor. Anybody that has never seen it before, I recommend waiting for a down in the dumps sort of day, then take a few minutes off, get the kleenex and be prepared for belly laughs... :-)
    here's a link to it...

(and apparently, Virgin subsequently offered Oliver Beale a job as food and wine taster for their new range of in flight meals)

hahaha! Loved the cookie bit, and the repition of "richard". Class. I will hear probably end of the week im guessing. The man i befriended on the assement day has already been declined. So i'll either get that tomorrow, or wait wait wait! Im not thinking of it much, apart from today when my mum had a go at me for using her hairbrush???? And that apparently she, "doesnt have much but what she does have she wants" or words to that affect. My mum and dad arent short of a penny, and shes moaning about a bleeding hairbrush even though she uses a good two of mine anyway.

I much prefered my mother when she wasnt in the acting mother role. I've been giving her the cold shoulder all day, its getting boring but im stubborn so i never give in, she tries to make light conversation but im not budging!

On a seperate note, why does my PMT get worse in winter? There must be some reason......every winter i turn into what i am today. !!!!ed off at the world and everyone in it a massive need to release "something" like i need to scream the loudest longest scream while thrashing at pillows. Then cry.

Might go and watch the notebook in my cold messy room. Can't play COD because my xbox needed to update and then update the game !!!!!!!!!!! Then the parents came home. I need a TV in my room.....

never really had a tv in my room, and when i did i never used it!! I like to be downstairs having a conversation with people...or just "being" with people. Im like a sheep, i need the herd around me!!

I could wait for them to go to bed, but then that means i'll have a late night, and i have the dentist tomorrow morn!

Its funny what arguements can be based on!!!! First time id been told off by my mum since i got drunk. Shes one of these people who hasnt been drunk, so shes a little removed from reality. Its probably her age too.... drawback of older parents i guess.

oh vicki if you think living with parents is hard then try sharing your home with two strangers! Having lodgers is easy money but constantly having to "queue" for everything that you want to use (eg. computer, tv, washing machine, kitchen, bathroom , even the kettle) well it gets a real pain in the @r$£. Been sharing for 15 years and putting up with other peoples mess dont ever get less annoying I agree that its amazing what little things arguments can be based on though... for example the pushbike thats been stuck in my living room for the last three weeks grr!
