    I dont wanna weigh in again, but at least i have the day off so i'll go up and do it in a mins. It will be the same, but next week i am aiming for a loss. I am going to loooooose something!

    Really wanting to shift a stone or more in the next few months so I'd like to join in the club? Still battling the babybluge 20 months on!

    I did slimming world last year but found it hard to get to the club to weigh in. Hoping this forum will help me and save me some money in the process!

    Can you also put me down for the 5lb a month challenge in November?

    I have weighed myself, it says 10 stone 7lbs but i dont believe it, you wait!! Give it a few hours and it will be back to 10.9 again.

    Is mexican food healthy?

    well, yeah, because you'll have eaten. I always weigh same time of day (when I am first up) starkers and before and food and drink has passe my lipes so I get a consistant measurement

    A sts for me please fred, which I am quite pleased with: was expecting the yo yo up a lb this week and it hasn't happened (yet).

    Well done puddings, both for the weight loss and getting back on track after your binge session.

    Well this is me weighing in in sunny Florida. Its HOT HOT HOT here!

    Luckily for me I want to keep drinking fluid (not alcohol I hasten to add :rotfl:) and don't feel the need to eat heavy meals which is great for me.

    Im eating plenty of salad (not too healthy though because I Love Ranch Dressing!!:o)

    FRED a 1lb Loss for me please:j

    Finally I have a loss - Yey its about time, and I have updated my signature!!

    I use the ordinary quakers and just add natural cinnamon.

    Im jealous - love florida - hopefully next year will get back.
  • Well done on all the losses this week, I have managed to get the Internet to work from DD's hospital room, am declaring for a plus 2 lb this week. Too many hormones and open mouth syndrome too. Will so do better next week.
    You never know how strong you are until you have no other option.
