i've lost 4lbs this week, so it just goes to show that the numbers on the scales arent always fair as Thursday Friday and Saturday this week was more or less one long binge... I dont get it?

Just a pish -1/2 lb this week -
Gutted with all the effort I have put in exercise wise. Plan this week is to keep a food diary and see if anything has crept back in.
One thing I will be doing is ditching bread this week - porridge instead of toast for brekkie. Have discovered it tastes so much nicer with a wee bit of cinnamon added
Incidently how do you make text bigger when posting weight loss?
Neiler have you tried the Quakers Cinnamon Sweet porridge? I swear by it and its not too sweet.
Well this is me weighing in in sunny Florida. Its HOT HOT HOT here!
Luckily for me I want to keep drinking fluid (not alcohol I hasten to add :rotfl:) and don't feel the need to eat heavy meals which is great for me.
Im eating plenty of salad (not too healthy though because I Love Ranch Dressing!!:o)

Well done on all the losses this week, I have managed to get the Internet to work from DD's hospital room, am declaring for a plus 2 lb this week. Too many hormones and open mouth syndrome too. Will so do better next week.You never know how strong you are until you have no other option.0
