  • Wow nice new thread :D

I'm reporting a 3LB LossThis week Thank you Fred :A

I'm going up to spend a few days with my Mum tonight as she has appointments tomorrow and Friday being D-day as far as knowing if med's are working. So all my fingers are crossed for good news but I am feeling a little wobbly as far as my emotions are concerned so I am steering clear from anything that I could stuff into my mouth

Well done Sweetie, Eric and Puddings on your great losses and also all the STS people :T Lets see what November brings for us all ;)

Hi all. Just got back from a few days in Majorca with the family for a short half term break. Pleased to report a 1.8lbs loss despite weighing in at night and not in the morning (but tomorrow would be too late for the chart). Very happy with that.

Could I please be in the Northerners round two and also on the 5lb challenge, fred. Thanks
  • 2lb loss for me please Fred! :D

i echo what Eric says -the more i do and keep a very low callorie count the more i STS--i am stuck at 73,3kgs and seem to be going no where--in the spring i was able to lose kgs very easily but i seem planted now--recently i substituted my callory laden breakfast for special k and i seem stuck!!--its the only alteration i have made to my regime!--maybe i need more nourishment to lose more!!--i am eating no more than 1300 callories a day--i exercise hard every other day--eg yesterday i did a very hard workout with a trainer that lasted 2 hours--i feel so sore today but never any sign of any loss!!--i am not suspose to be losing weight but i want to!!
    mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.

Think my scales are going bonkers again, or I'm gaining weight at an enormous rate  Was 2lbs heavier on Wednesday than I was on Tuesday, and 2lbs heavier today than i was on Wednesday. I know I shouldn't weigh in every day, but I suspected they have been playing up since i moved them to clean the bedroom thoroughly. Stupid me for being clean :rotfl:
    4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j
