  • Reporting another 1lb Loss This week thank you Fred

Things are going ok at present, we still do not know what is going on but only time will tell. Mum is on her medication break for the next 2 weeks. So I am happy that we have made it to this point :D Also her side effects are minimal so that is a good thing too.

I'm sorry I am not adding much to the thread but I am still reading when I can and I know there are people going through just as a bad stuff as me.
I have set myself a goal to be a certain weight too by the end of the year so fingers crossed that I finally reach that. Like Eric I am getting lots of comments from people about my little loss. 1 person who is on maternity leave totally blanked me the other night at a wedding reception until someone told her who I was she then wanted to know all my secrets :rotfl:

Well done on all your great losses and STS's :T Keep up the good work everyone

Not sure if anyone saw this - I'll stick to my own plan I think:

  • Is today is the day we supposed to Weigh in and report back? I resist to temptation until Friday as Eric Pisch said we have to do it at the same time at the same day....

And thanks for anyone who replied to my message earlier. I need to find a better way ....
    Don't forget smiling :):):)

You can weigh on Friday and post your result then - I'll add it to next weeks chart. People weigh on the same day and time each week - but it can be any day.

I pick up all the results of the week for the chart regardless of when they're posted.

I caved in yesterday and binged on ben and jerries, 10 days without junk, gah, the counter restarts. I don't think im eating enough so going to need to sit down tomorrow and try and be abit more formal with a eating plan.

That junkfood diet experiment is certainly interesting.

    Congrats to our SoTW Safesound.

Well done to all the losers and STSers this week - and commiserations to the gainers. Good luck for next week.

North v South this week has been won by Southern Stunners.

This weeks quote is from Vince Lombard:

It's not whether you get knocked down; it's whether you get up.

    Morning All,

Hope you are all well and happy this morning. I did my 5 portions of fruit and veg yesterday, am so proud of myself!! Unfortunately I didn't manage any time on the wii fit yesterday, but I did do 30 mins of fast walking (we were running late!!) and took the kids to the park for 40 mins in the afternoon, so general running around etc.

I have decided to try and reduce my bread intake, as I know it bloats me. I made pasta with a tomato and veg sauce for my lunch yesterday, made enough of the sauce for today as well. My boys both ate the pasta all up, am sure this is going to be good for them as well (although I will make sure they are still getting plenty of good fat, they are both very little and I don't want them 'losing weight'!).

Aims for today - got 40 min walk to and from a toddler group today. Get my 5 fruit and veg. Have rest of tomato pasta for lunch. Make a low fat tagliatelle for dinner (from ww recepie).

Must dash, as busy day today (hence know I won't have time for wii fit!).

Just wanted to say that the chart looks really good, can't wait to see my name on there next week, with hopefully a good loss!!

    Thanks all,
    Flis xx
