Puds at least you'll get some help from the nhs eating disorder people to sort out any underlying issues you might have. i know it seems a strong label it but hey it's a better label than 'peado stalker'...

Evening all .......
Well this weight loss thing has finally pushed me over the edge....... Tried my ski boots on to find they are now too big for me :eek: Went to ski shop asked if there was anything they could do?? They checked and said they are far too big and agreed would be a hazard to my ankles. So had to buy some new ones (I have strange wide feet and stupid sticky out ankle bones so to hire is a nightmare) :eek::eek::eek:
I know it is good to be lighter but it seems to be lighter in the pocket too all the time!!!
Oh well another 13 sleeps until I go away and I am sooooo excited!!! I'm such a child

yeah i agree, i think the meeting might be quite useful, feeling fairly optimistic. I just need to get back into the right frame of mind for eating better again. It's all slipped these last few weeks. must do better. must do better!
