Going for extraction of a wisdom tooth at 2pm so I'm sure I'll avoid eating too much today. :rotfl:

Good luck this afternoon - you're braver than I am! I had my left ones out two years ago and should have had the right ones out a month later... I never went back. I know I should (and keep meaning to!), but dentists petrify me!!!

    :oHello everyone (sneaking in)

Sorry I haven't been around but been really busy at work.

Anyway, Fred I've STS this week. Help!!!

It's almost like I'm self sabotaging - don't know why.

I write everything down (including the Whoopsies) and when I've read my food diary back I can see what happened (in spectacular fashion).

Im here to confess to having the following:

    Kopperberg Cider
    Crisps
    Handmade biscuits
    Mini Pizza:eek:

This is why I haven't lost this week. I'm only 1 measly pound away from the 5lb challenge.

I will definitely step it up this week. Wish me luck;)

Lol! I have a habit of putting my foot in it!

Well the dentists I meet are all VERY scary, although I'm sure there are a few exceptions to that rule :o!

I'll do my offical weigh in tomorrow but I know I'll either stay the same or have gained a pound

I'm sure I have kept to my 1200 calories - it seems a fine line between eating enough and eating too much for me. These people who say it's easy enough to diet, by eating less food, only have it part right. I was the same with slimming world, would lose weigh every 2 or 3 weeks only and in the end it didn't seem worth going

I've not had a good week at all - I'm still getting a rash every other day and anti-histamines do not seem to help. This is leading to a lack of sleep making me tired in the day so I'm not doing much. I'd rather go to see the dentist. Seriously. I quite like my visits there

    Hi all
Can you put me down for a 2lb loss again this week please Fred.:j
I've lost a total of 8lb in 3 weeks, which I'm fairly pleased with, but would like to know what foods I should be eating to speed up my metabolism.
I have porridge most days and I know coffee is supposed to be a good one, but I drink decaffeinated because I get a lot of migraines....so anything with caffeine is a bit of a no no for me.
I also have menieres disease, which means my balance isn't great....and I tend to fall over quite a bit so strenuous excercise could be a bit dodgy :rotfl:
In fact it's since being diagnosed and having to give up work etc. that the weight has piled on!!
I do have a dog who needs plenty of excercise, so I walk unless I'm having a really bad day and can't stay in a straight line :D and although I probably do a couple of miles, it's a stroll rather than a brisk walk, with constant breaks for sniffing and peeing....the dog not me :rotfl:
What I need is a wonder food, which tastes really scrummy so I can scoff loads while the weight falls off......now that's not asking for too much is it :exclamati
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.
