It's a loss of 1.2lbs for me this week. Modest (and possibly not deserved!) but roll on next week. Some great losses - well done to you all.

well i guess, just getting a mirror and pulling your own wisdom tooth is out ofthe question?

(edit) doh! of course you cant, what a ridiculous thing for me even to contemplate!

Lol, I would if I could! I would be quite happy to keep my wisdom teeth forever if it meant I could avoid another 'session in the chair', but I know that they will definitely need doing soon so will have to get them done at some point .

Hi romylou (oh my gosh i am seeing lots of nice old freinds on here, she helped us feel welcome when 3dogs' diary started).

Purdita maybe fruit and veg as a filler?

I went to L@dl bargain shopping this week and picked up lots of treats as they were so cheap. I shan't do that again as i feel distinctly wobbly.

Pollo good luck with teeth extraction. Poor you.

right i am going to do some housework it is my day off and i spent it in bed!

Thanks sary I know you mean well and are being helpful but if I have anymore SS foods I am going to burst, the other day I had so much at lunch time I think it was that I actually remarked to my OH that I feel like you do on xmas day:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

On Sunday when I told them I could have eggs and baked beans and mushrooms and toms like a breakfast with quorn bacon all of them looked at me like I was mad so I got the supercharged slimming starts here booklet out on page6 there is a picture showing that I can, so I did, the whole lot:D

Oh watched me eat it and seemed to agree that there was nothing cal laden, high in fat, weight gaining about the plate full of food as it was toms, the baked beans are the ones in reduced sugar (has to be for the diabetes) etc, all done in one pan with no added oils and I syned my 1 tsp of hp sauce which the kids thought was hilarious.

Every day with the SS next to it I have blackberries, blackcurrants, ,raspeberries, melon, redcurrants (all come in frozen apart from the melon)

There doesn't seem to be any SS in the veg section but then in the free foods SS I have baked beans etc for the lunch every conceivable veg and pulse goes in the soup whichever ones I have and it comes out tasty.

I have had cod as a SS but not much else SS fish.

I haven't had any nuts, cheese, sweets, choc, desserts ,ready meals, pizzas, jams, marmaldes, ice creams, biscuits, snack a jacks, crackers, pastries, cakes, crisps, drinks, fats and oils, pancakes and yorkshire puddings so have not had to look up the syns but have syned all sauces.

    !

victory - is it the chicken curry in the SW mag (the page with samosas and pilau rice on too?) if so, it is scrummy!

Yes it is:D I wanted to do the spinach dhal but have not got spinach or some of the ingredients so did not bother today but that looks lovely too.

Best thing is my kids are going to love it, serving it with rice and they will prob have naan bread with it which I won't so everyone is happy and I do not have to cook different meals, can't wait to dinner:D

today is cupboard clearing day. i've had two weeks of heading in the wrong direction and enough is enough. All the bad stuff thats slipped past security into the fridge or cupboard is being evicted!

and i'm going to fast for the rest of today, just plenty of water for a sort of detox, then tonight i maybe wont feel so stuffed and tomorrow hopefully that will put me in a good frame of mind to restart the 5-small-meals plan again (inc plenty of salads/soups/walking/stair climbing/ and sleep!)

It pains me to throw food out. I should know by now that if i buy it then i'll eat it. So the answer is obvious... dont buy it. maybe I should have that as my signature!

So, which way do you want me to go this time Puds?

The softly softly way of there there, we all make mistakes, we all buy it in, we all at some stage eat too much, fall off the wagon, misbehave, feel guilty, should do better,we all know carrying extra weight is damaging our health and making it harder for ourselves, we are all human and there there poor you or.....

FOR CHRISTS SAKE GET A GRIP OF YOURSELF MAN, PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER, STOP GOING BACKWARDS, STOP DESTROYING YOURSELF,YOU ARE YOUR OWN WORST ENEMY, BEHAVE YOURSELF AND DO RIGHT BY YOU.

Which hurts less, which is less offensive, which is less rude, which is going to be acted on more, nothing anyone says helps you when you are eating on your own at 2am you know what to do, do it.
