Lose Weight 31

well losing a load in week one, (wether it be from water loss or poo or whatever) must be a huge confidence boost and most people that have tried dieting soon get to learn that week 2 is the hardest.
when the contestants lose 8lbs and then look horrified, youve got to remember that 8lbs in the outside world is a massive loss, but in the house they HAVE to lose a lot to stay on the show and the horrified expression might not really be because of the weight loss, but more likely from the prospect that they may be about to get evicted.
I'd sell my granny to go on that show!0 -
Hello and good morning!
I've been awake since 2am and it's now past 6am. I had decided to go to bed early to avoid the temptation of late night fridge raiding. It was working well until I had a nightmare about Kit-Kats!! I dreamt that I had allowed myself one as a treat and then couldn't stop and binged on 7 or 8. I woke up so angry and depressed with myself for blowing it. It took me about 10 mins of coming to to realise it was a dream and for the anger to subside!:rotfl:
Now can't get to sleep and not sure what to do. Maybe get up and tidy the flat will burn a few cals and tire me out.0 -

Pollo what a horrible dream! But at least it was just a dream (and will prob put you off keeping kitkats in the house for a bit!) hope you managed to get back to sleep in the end!
Hi willhelpifican :wave:of course you can join in with us! we are a bit of a diverse bunch with a good mix of guys and gals with a varied amount to lose, different goals, eating plans, exercise habits etc.
Why dont you tell us a bit about what you are hoping to achieve??
I still haven't done any exercise, which is annoying me a bit. Keep meaning to do my DVD in the morning but last night OH got home completely hammered at about 1am so I am already exhusted today from lack of sleep!!
So I have promised myself I will convince OH to go for a long bike ride along the seafront this weekend (only problem with that is I love looking at the sea so sometimes I forget to look ahead and cause accidents!!!:rotfl:)Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....
Why Put Off Until Tomorrow What You Can Do Today? :A0 -
Hello All,
Exercise Log for yesterday:
37 mins on Wii Fit, burning 151 kcal, including 10mins jog, steps, boxing and muscle exercises - would have like to have done more, but was at Mum's for dinner and had already hogged the TV enough!
Food Diary for yesterday:
Breakfast: 2 sunflower seed Ryvitas with spread, 1 light cheese triangle, coffee, probiotic yog
Lunch: few mouthfuls of 5 bean and mint salad, 1 small wholemeal seeded roll with no spread (wasn't very hungry, would normally have something more substantial than this)
Dinner: HM chicken and veg soup, spag bol portion, strawberries
Snacks: mandarin (morning), 1 small wholemeal seeded roll with no spread, 1 shortbread biscuit (afternoon)
I have taken to now climbing all escalator stairs both up and down during my work commutes (which includes London Bridge and Angel tubes, two of the largest ones going!). You really feel the burn at the top!
Thanks and good luck to all endeavoursMake £2019 in 2019 No 153 - £4517.17/£20190 -
