Oh mazza, STAY AWAY FROM THE VENDING MACHINE!

    Resist.... Resist.

What flavour Activia Yoghurt are you having? The vanilla ones are lovely. Im a bit fussy and don't like fruit bits in my yoghurts (I know I'm a weirdo).

You will be ok. Working until 8pm isn't too bad, just think that you can't freely raid the fridge and to be honest, there is nothing on the tv worth watching. At least you are making money and not spending it. Always look for that elusive silver lining ......:)

Did any of catch a program called "10 things you need to know about losing weight" that was on last night? It was most likely a repeat but had Michael Mosley (you'd recognise him if you saw him) presenting. He's listed as a medical journalist. It was all based on new/not so new medical/scientific research rather than hocus pocus diet plans.

All seemed really good ideas and my medical background approves of evidence based dieting! Some of it was obvious but helpful all the same.

If anyone missed it I can type out the 10 ideas if you like.

It was on "Really" (Sky 248) and I just caught it by chance.

Edit: Amazingly it's on BBC this thursday at 10:35 so stick it your planners

    Here's another similar thing

Thanks pollocmc - I will stick that on the record list. I am very interested in the science behind eating/dieting/weight etc.

Not weird! I hate the bits, I usually have to dip my spoon in but not scoop so that only the nice yog comes out stuck to it and no yukky bits. All my fave yogs are for kids!!

I have just bought some Shape delight to have on the days when I neeeeeed some dessert. on SW they are 5.5 syns which is quite high so they are only for emergencies! (better than scarfing down a whole tube of jaffa cakes tho!) The white choc ones taste like those Milkybar yogs (yum!) but a bit runnier. Nice enough tho.

Must do my best not to scoff them and get sick of them like I did with mullerlights - can't stand them now!

Crickey betty, tell me what its going to be like!! Im 25 this year, and when i look at that number written down its like that age is not asociated with me. I'm still 19/20!!!! For the first time i understand when adults say "i still feel 18 in my head" This is the year im going to look like kim kardashian in a bikini fo sho, old age is creeping in far too quickly for my liking. I havent done enough in my youth what so ever!!!

Beanie ohh i have no idea, put it in the airing cupboard?
