    Hello, im back.

Well I had about an hour on my wii. My little wii me turned into a little porker when I stood on the board. No surprises though since I got weighed on Saturday.

I did hula hooping, step and ski jumping. The ski jumping helps stretch my achillies tendon that I damaged when I broke my ankle. Im a bit sore now though, so sitting with my foot up watching Deal or no Deal.

I did watch biggest Loser on my planner (season 9) - I definitely haven't missed any seasons, so you guys must be way ahead. Im a big softie and always have a bit of a cry. How humiliating it must be to get weighed in front of friends, family and towns-folk. I get humiliated just weighing myself and sometimes don't want to look:rotfl:

For my dinner I had 2 x Chicken salad pittas. Later I will just have a nice Nescafe Mocha and that will be my lot for today:T

On the bright side, today has been a NSD Woohoo! Goes away to update signature.

ah ok, thanks. Good idea - I am trying to save money this year as my current salary is paltry. Luckily I work from home so NSDs are easy for me (especially when it's raining!) apart from internet shopping i suppose!!

Romylou - hi - do you include direct debits as a spend?

As for getting weighed in front of other people, not even my closest friends or family know what i weigh, they sometimes dig for clues but dont get any, occasioanlly somebody will ask me outright "what do you weigh Ted". Usually reply "more than you probably".
However I've got no problem whatsoever telling people on here or my doctor or nurse or dietician that i weigh 26stone. Dont know why i'm so cagey about it to my friends?

    Hi Puddings

No, I don't include Direct Debits in my spend. But I do include, food/groceries, fuel, magazines, junk I don't need etc. There are no set rules, I just find it easier (cos I have DD's coming out nearly every day of the month and would fail miserably:D).

I dont iclude DD's or budgeted spend ie petrol or food.
I get change from bank once or twice a month & use that for DS's lunch money ect.
What I was/am trying to cut down is all the money I used to waste/fritter away.

Hehehe !!! Ted you crack me up :rotfl: like the broken bed post too

Vix and Betty; you are at serious risk here - you must absolutely promise me than when you turn 25, you will never never ever blink again, becasue I promise you, blink once and suddenly you're 47 and thinking "but I'm only 25 inside" and "where did my life go?":D
I agree 25 is a good age, I think I'd go back and stop myself getting married :rotfl: then get on with my life instead of the next 4 years of carp  But I wish you a happy birthday Betty enjoy your weekend

Thanks for this Fred sorry I forgot to Vote :o But agree with everything everyone else posted. :T:T:T

I'm still coughing for england (how many calories does coughing burn up?? ) and my stomach muscles are getting a major work out :( But I have emptied out my wardrobe today, now have over 10 bags sat at the bottom of the stairs to go to charity. :j
I have also made myself a new years resolution that I am not going to buy clothes unless I really need them. I had about 100 T shirts
I can't wear 100 at a time so why ?? Think I was a serial clothes buyer and now I have shrunk I can see that and concentrate on quality rather than quantity :D It is amazing how much space I now have in the wardrobe and I am not going to refill it.

Victory - hope you feel better soon Hun ((Hugs))
