Bought the bella OH saw the voucher and he insists I go this monday without son, he wants me to get the books and come back and do it, he says that is the cheapest was for £4.95 to get the books and start next week with SW, we shall see how the tonsils are by then, I am such a scardy cat, keep making up reasons why I can't go but it is down to fear of the unknown:D

I'd buy that bella magazine, and i'd shove it up his !!!!. He shouldnt be insisting you go what so ever!!! Wheres the support, love, care and affection in that? If you wanna go, you go, if you don't fancy it don't!!

The amount of theobromine found in chocolate is small enough that chocolate can, in general, be safely consumed by humans. However, theobromine poisoning may result from the chronic or acute consumption of large quantities, especially in the elderly

    Not bad today

    Breakfast:
200ml skimmed milk + 30g Whey protein (I don't normally have breakfast and have a number of these tubs half opened lying about so decided to use them up)
    Lunch:
a selection of Yo Sushi as one of my fellow students works there and gets leftovers :D
    Dinner:
Tesco Light choices Prawn & Linguine
    Supper:
2 egg scrambled egg with a dash of burger mustard stirred in for an extra bit of flavour

Swam four lengths and was puffing and panting by the end but was a start!

Felt a bit dizzy when I stood up earlier on so had the scrambled eggs as was probably too mean today. I think the WW points system seems to allow for loads of extras which I can cut out without any trouble. I have a terrible sweet tooth but "Zero" drinks and sweetener in tea suffices for me.

Been listening to the girls in my group saying they are going to lose a stone in the next couple of weeks. :rotfl:42000 cals deficit from a 28000 normal female diet. So they are going to have to eat nothing plus burn up an extra 14000 cals. Good luck with that!
