Day 4 :rotfl::rotfl:I have been doing it for 3 years:rotfl::rotfl:
Talking of smells the absolute fav ones are toast and in our shopping centre they have just set up a popcorn machine, I don't even like popcorn but the smell is fab, sometimes I just go in there to take a gulp full inhalation no calories in that:rotfl:

never mind. I have not undone the week's good work. it was only one small slip up. I will not let myself sabotage my ultimate goal.

Why Put Off Until Tomorrow What You Can Do Today? :A0 -
Aw Betty don't worry about it. You are already lighter by unburdening yourself;)
Ive stuck to my diet again today (have to I get on the dreaded scales tomorrow!:D).
Ive had porridge and cup of tea for breakfast, dinner was a portion of my HM Lasgane which was Divine. For tea I've had 3 rice cakes with peanut butter (organic &sugar free) and banana with a Nescafe Mocha.:T I think that'll be my lot for today.
I also went on my Wii for another hour today and did loads of housework (I had a real sweat going there for a while!) Got loads done so I'm really chuffed about that.0 -
I'm going out tonight and have saved up some points from today plus I've got my extra 49 for the week unused (and hopefully will stay that way)
However I've got the feeling at the moment that if someone passed a vodka under my nose I'd get drunk!
Will stick to diet mixers and try and behave! No kebab later either

I do the chart every Wednesday night so you can post your result when you weigh and I'll add it to the chart.
Good luck :j0 -
