I took my first step today and decided to bike it to work (about 2-3miles), got there and found my back wheel was flat
hopefully this isn't an omen for the healthier me plan. 0 -

Sary, if it helps, I definitely remember before xmas you decided to post your wed result as the one taken form your own scales in the morning.
Frog - i was going to say too, the result from the walk is very very unlikely to show up in one day, so don't make things harder for yourself! You are doing all the right things, well done, just keep it up and the results will come in.
Wecome pollo -great t have another bloke in the line up:T
Welcome other newbies too - apologies not to name you individually but feeling a bit peeky today.
Good going margaret and betty, sary, eric, polly, frog:T:T
Great effort ksweety for getting the bike out. Nah, it's not an omen, just flat from lack of use.
Ha! Having signed up for the NvsS challenge, the loss I had yesterday has disappeared today, so a sts for me please fred.
As longer term members know, I am no longer 'dieting to lose weight' but have radically altered my diet to help significant health issues and as a side affect am losing weight. So i'll just keep doing what I do and see what happens. 15lbs lost so far. Thanks sary for including me in your roll of honour list for last years losers:)I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
