Well started my new action plan to loose weight before my holiday and I don't think I did too bad.
Low fat yoghurt and musli for breakfast 2 cups of tea
Carrot as a snack (no dips)
1 ham sandwich with mustard (v little butter) + pickled gerkins + 1 banana
Bangers & mash with brocolli & peas
10 macademia nuts and 5 small boiled sweets.
and the bad bit.....drank water all day but had 2 small glasses of white wine _pale_

On the good side I did go to the gym for the 1st time in ages, 20min x-trainer and 45 min spinning class (really hard). Katiepops I agree it is easier to motivate yourself if you are doing a class, my gym has some at lunchtime which I can do but a lot are 7pm to 8pm which I find a bit late. I think it is also harder to motivate yourself when it is so dark outside. Maybe we should set a challenge to see who can go the most weeks without missing a gym session. Maybe say aim for 2 a week.

Will try to keep up the good work today, and already booked in for Pilates for tomorrow.
Well done all who lost weight in particular Suggs

  • Hey all. Back from Vegas and surprised to only see 7 new pages since I left over a week ago! Have only skimmed through them and Congrats to Eels!!- hope you're doing ok

Ate like a mad thing last week so will not be surprised with a 7lb increase on thursday - can only hope that it's not worse (well there was alot of cheesecake...:o).

    Have a good week all.
  • Tallgirl, thats a really good idea! I shall aim for twice a week too - so i've done once this week.

 Thanks to everyone for their congratulations. I've been to the doctor this morning and booked in with the midwife so it all feels a bit real! I told the doctor that I'm happy to be expecting but p*ssed off that I'd lost so much weight and now I'm going to get fatter again:mad: ! He didn't reckon there's any reason I can't continue to eat sensibly and exercise as I was (in fact, he actually said "the baby will take what it needs" - let's hope it comes off my hips first, eh?! ;) ). However, as I am quite sure I'm not going to be seeing a downward trend I'll stay on hold if that's OK Lois. The good news is I am maintaining at the moment. :D

Thank you all for your support and I will still read the thread I'm sure - great to keep up with how well you guys are doing. Happy slimming! :)

Thanks Lois, but Suggs had such a great weight loss that I feel a bit of a fraud too as joint SOTW. Don't question it Suggs, just be very pleased:j

Well done to all the other losers.

    Okay....How many £s do we get each?:D :D:D
RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.
