Yay Suggs, congratulations :j Don't question it, just accept it!!
Your jeans will probably weigh in at about 2-3lbs, quite a bit more than tracky bottoms, but you're obviously doing better than you thought. Well done! I'm slightly disappointed you don't know what a Radley bag is - and am considering your position as an honorary woman :rotfl:
Rachel, the password lasts from one class to the next so from Monday this week to Friday next week (if you get me?) so you may well find the one you have still works.
Well done LoopyLou another good loss :j
MissMP if you've lost a pound I wouldn't worry about eating too much! It can be worse not to eat enough - your body goes into starvation mode and hangs on to every calorie, your metabolism slows down and the weight loss stops. Carry on eating and losing
Honey it sounds like you had a lovely weekend.
S*d the weight gain - it's not often you get chance for a lovely time away from home without having to worry about the children. It'll soon come off when you get back on track.
The London Eye's brilliant isn't it? Did you get a photo?I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Thanks for looking up the falafel for me Honey! The pack was 165g so I reckon that a generous half of them (~100g) was 3 syns - not too bad - I guess it's mostly chickpeas so could be worse. Better than I thought anyway!
Before I knew how bad they were I went for a 30 min yomp round the streets with the dog to try to limit the damage - I suppose I didn't need to bother really as they are well within my syn limit for the day - bonus exercise!!0 -
Rachel I've put a SW Falafel recipe on the recipe thread. Try it, my son loves it and says it's every bit as good as the real thing.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0

Hi Suggs - I couldn't find Hedgerow
but I'm sure if you're planning to surprise your g/f with one for Christmas, she'll appreciate it!
I notice the website doesn't have any prices, so I guess it's a case of "if you have to ask, you can't afford it..!"
Well done for losing 6lbs, I think you're probably a strong contender for the SOTW!

thanks
A friend of mine said she got a good digital set from Tesco's. I can't remember what she paid, but I know it was a lot cheaper than what I paid for my scales.
Congrats to Suggs for being SOTW.RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

Hi all

I also had chinese after s/w last night. special fried rice 1/2 a portion. crispy chilli beef. a pit of lemon chicken. I darn't look up the syns. I'm off to see Dirty Dancing tonight. has anyone seen it? I shouldn't think it will put me off track though. were going streight there and back No stopping at the pub.
