Get up someone and talk to me!!!

Im up (he says rubbing his eyes!) what are you doing getting up so early Rachel? Keeping busy is a good thing, hough I cant work out why you will be on the floor sobbing, but then I normally miss the point :)

Totally argee about the rugby with you, total pants, at least last week, we played and fought, this week 8 and 9 werent firing, Charlie wasn' kicking well (again!) and the centre looked disjointed. One of my younger brothers and I had a good discussion about this, last night, he used to play at wing till recently and theres me at prop! Robinson has to make way now.

As for your dream, I think you an work it out for yourself ;)

Morning Honey, Oddly I tend to have podcasts from Radio 5 on my mp3 player (Mark Kemode Film reviews and Fighting Talk), I have a little one (512mb) to use in the gym with a arm strap if I need it. I do have the Red Hot Chilli Peppers on it as well, :) I do like some of Jay Kay's stuff Rachel!

Right time for more Coffee and wake the eldest :)

Morning Froggy and welcome. As Rachel says its 6 weeks to Christmas so if you aim for 1-2lb wqeek you could have up to 12lb off :T This is my theory anyhow, I just keep forgetting about the weekend away, the Christmas dinners etc that are in the next 6 weeks

I have just made my very first ever Christmas cake - well its just gone into the oven. Am all pleased with myself. Even better, its not for me so I wont be eating it, it smells lovely though. I am going to cut it into 4 mini cakes, decorate and give to OH's 2 grannies and a couple of other elderly friends of the family :A

Its quite a pleasant day here today, so that means more gardening unless we can distract DH for long enough :rotfl:

Weigh in tomorrow, why do we dread it sooooo much ;)
  • Hi to Froggy-girl

Loopy-loo – I really like the WW No Count as I don’t feel like I am on a diet. Once I get told that I can’t have something then I always want it.:o I’m not going to a WW club, I just have their book. My friend lost a load of weight that she had been trying to lose for years, following No Count. Why not give No Count a try for a couple of weeks to give you a break from counting. I hope you have your house back to yourselves now.

Suggs and Consultant – sorry, both wrong with my Abba favourite. It’s not Fernando or Dancing Queen. I’m not a great ABBA fan, but they did write one of the best songs ever IMHO, The Winner takes it All.

How often are you going to physio Suggs? When I had a tendon rupture in my hand, the operations to repair the tendon left it very tight and the physio really helped to free it, but it did feel like it was going to snap while I was having physio. I hope you can get running soon.

Consultant – It brings a lump to my throat when I see the kingfishers flying low and fast over the water. I see cranes and deer most days, but the kingfishers are special.

Katie – What are you like drinking petrol. I hope you don’t get addicted to it. What did it taste like?:rotfl:
RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

    Hi folks,
Haven't had time to read all the pages since I was last on - gosh you lot can't half blether:p - so I will post quickly now and then read later.
Lost 1lb by Friday this week:A
Then went to the posh dinner dance and stayed overnight at the posh hotel so may well have put it (and a couple of others:o ) back on.

Never did get the silvery top. Asda gave me a choice between a size 12 and a size 22 - measuring about an 18, neither was quite what I had hoped for:rotfl: . Never mind, wore a very this purply chiffon wrap and it seemed to go OK. By the time the dancing started I gave up trying to hide the bingo wings and just wore the dress. Must have looked OK as no fewer than 4 people commented:j . (None of them DH, of course:rolleyes: ).

Well ate lovely meal of crab and prawn with sweet chilli sauce, followed by LARGE steak, mushrooms, beefy chips and tomatos, followed by passion fruit tart with lime and kiwi dressing. Was then offered cheese and biscuits but virtuously turned then down :A (euphimism for totally stuffed and couldn't look at them!!;) )

Had a free bar all night from 6.30pm-2.00am so don't really want to think about liquid calories consumed, but did manage to stick to the 1-boozy-drink-1-glass-water regime all night so actually woke clear headed. Went to bed 2.45 and was in swimming pool 8.50 for a quick 20 lengths and a sauna b4 fully cooked breakfast! Absolutely fabulous time and just don't care if have gained a little - it will be 5 years till we get invitied to the next one, after all!!

Do you think I can claim any brownie points for having poached rather then fried eggs.... :p

Right - off to tidy garden shed! Will catch up properly later!
