    Hello all,

Weighed in this morning - Lost a pound :D

jeanniebeanie I saw a advert for Trinny and Suzanna's magic nickers 'Thong'! in Debnahams flyer today - just thinking about it makes my eyes water - and what one's bottom would look like in them I wouldn't like to think about:rotfl:

    Hi jollyjules!

Eye watering yes, but what exactly are we supposed to 'magic' away in a THONG!!!!!!!

Ach, Honey I too have been using food to warm me up as we've got no CH and I don't like using our little gas fire too often as I'm so absent minded at the moment I keep forgetting to turn things off (like the oven with the rice pud in!!). I had the rice pud with toffee ML last night too. Was very yum and added a bit of milk to it to make it a little sloppier for me. I want to bring soup into work as I can't get enough of it at the moment (i have sweet potatoes at home just begging to be blended to a pulp!) but I don't trust the microwaves here and flask soup doesn't taste as good unless you're outside in the middle of some woods or something!

I'm coping without OH - just about. :D He's usually the warmer one in bed at night but I've survived by using the elecy blanket (on a timer) instead!

I've not managed to do any exercise this week as I've been rushing all over the place but I'm going to try and get to the gym tonight before SW. I never realised how much washing up he does (i seem to create loads!!) when he's around. Almost worth marrying him...

We've decided to get married here btw...https://www.tropicanalv.com in the 'island gazebo' and to see more of it look at the random wedding pics I pulled off t'internet. Less than 2 weeks to go :o!

    Babble babble babble...

Stop being so sweet honey! I'll start bawling my eyes out soon (i'm a mess - damned weddings etc). I'm going over a week on saturday but just for the wedding (and for drinking maybe :o) so will be there a week. I'm not going properly until Jan.

I can almost smell the place now - I'm so not getting any work done!

PS I'm hoping i'll still be around when I'm in the US. I'm gunna need all the help I can get with the way they eat!

Oooh the wedding stuff looks lovely! Good luck with it.
Glad to hear that your knee is coming on Suggs - at least you can watch the rugby on telly this weekend.

Am quite pleased with myself after last nights 0.5lb gain. During the mammoth dog walk after WI I waltzed straight past the shop, I had intended to get my a bar of choccy as consolation but the 50p I took stayed firmly in my pocket instead. Do I have will power or what! (First time ever I must add)

Today hasn't been too bad either - just got back from dog walking (I do other things too - honest!) and it's freezing here! On my own for the evening so trying to decide what to have for tea. Not much in so will have to be inventive.

Off to Holland for the day tomorrow - very early start with a 6am flight so will try to be good and not eat anything and everything! At least it not Belgium with all of those nice chocolates. Should be back early evening so at least the evening meal will be controlled.

Off to rummage in the cupboards now
    Take care
    Rachel.

I was naughty today. I met a friend who I used to work with at lunch time. We normally meet up for a cuppa but since I hadnt seen her since my birthday she insisted in buying me lunch. It was only a small cafe and the choice was sandwiches/toasties/paninis. I had a panini  How many syns you reckon are in a panini with chilli chicken, cheese (which I picked out) and bacon?????? Havent eaten since but am going to make some rice pudding when kids go to bed.

Rachel - great will power :T I have made 2 cakes for an elderly lady whom I bake for. Just been out to buy a flake to sprinke over the top - hope I have your willpower with the left overs :)

I hope you have a wonderful wedding day, with everything going exactly to plan. What is making you go to live out there - is it with work or what? Sorry to be nosy, it's just that..............well, I'm nosy :rotfl:

Rachel I'm very impressed with your will power :T well done!

Suggs good to hear you're on the move again - take care, don't push it too hard.

Hi Tallgirl welcome back from your travels:)

Honey you have been naughty today:naughty: :rotfl: but you're very good baking for someone else and resisting a taster, give yourself a pat on the back :A
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
