Lois Lane, could you please add me to the list? I think it might give me some sort of incentive if I see what I lose and if the others see what I gain... Actually, the general view would push me to improvement. I think.
Katyk, the important thing about the gym is to choose an activity that you are really going to enjoy. Then you'll get hooked!
Delly, some 7 or 8 years ago a friend recommended TP to me and I found the second book of the series in the library. And that was it, I was instantly hooked. Plus it helped me discover Neil Gaiman - wonderful!'They can tak' oour lives but they cannae tak' oour troousers!'The Nac Mac Feegle0 -

Bazz and LilacLillie - we are unable to post the password for SW as Flis says. It is copyright protected and to post on here would jeaopardize the future of this forum. I'm sure none of us want that. There are plenty of us on here who go to SW classes and none of us mind looking up syn values etc - you just have to ask
I gained half a pound this week and am distraught. I stuck to the plan rigidly apart from the shared indian on Saturday night (although see previous posts - this was in and out as quickly as I ate it :rotfl: )This is the first week in all of my SW days that I have exercised. I walked 3 miles one night and did my workout DVD for 4 night and I gained 1/2lb  I know its only 1/2lb but I stood on the scales and cried
I'm ok today, I know there are going to be more weeks but this was my last weigh in before my birthday and I had set myself a goal for then. Oh well, another time. I havent given up!!
Oh Honey - you must be gutted (((hugs))) specially when you did lots of exercise, weight loss really doesn't make sense sometimes. If it were me I'd blame the indian takeaway, even though it didn't stay inside you long enough to make a difference! You haven't given up, that's the main thing - you will get there, just not quite as soon as you hoped. Remind yourself how well you've done so far and give yourself a pat on the back. :T

The easiest way to find it is to go to post #1 in this thread, click on the link to the 2 pound weight loss club and it will take you to a post with information about what's involved, which includes a link to the current chart.
Hope that makes sense - this might help:

Hello everyone
I am new to this weight loss thread but no stranger to trying to lose weight!
Thought I'd read the entire thread before I post but its taking AGES so I'll go back and read it in a bit.
Loislane - can you please add me to the 2lb club ? Only I am aiming for a pound a week if that' ok. Thanks.
I am currently 11' 5.5 and am doing WW. My goal is 10' 2. I did get to goal Aug 05, having lost 3 stone, but fell off the wagon bigtime last Christmas and have been scrabbling around the edge of the wagon since then. Have gone to meeting on and of since then but never really addressed it. Hopefully this time will be different. I have lots of nice clothes I bought last summer when I lost the weight that now don't fit me, and would love to get back into them.
My immediate goal is to lose half a stone by Christmas.
Good luck to everyone!
