Come on Eels, Get yourself back on track. According to Lois' chart you have lost 18lb, that is excellent. How good do you feel for having lost that much - do you really want to put it all back
Its 67 days to Christmas, just over 9 weeks, come on - 1lb a week, you can do it.
I am determined this week to have a good loss. I love a challenge. I have just done my exercise DVD. I'm shattered cos the kids were up all night again last night, I'm loaded with the cold and I no more wanted to do the DVD than run naked up the street but I did it. If I can exercise ANYONE can :rotfl:
Chin up, we all know you can do it0 -

OH is reading the posts over my shoulder and has asked me to tell you the following:
Madauri: just wanted to let you know that my OH has stolen the quote from your sig as it's so cool. Don't worry tho it's not on MSE.. on some games forum.... I think the others were getting fed up with his current sig... "you can't trust a bu*ger as far as you can throw him so lets forget about it and have a drink" (another TP fan).
Also, he couldn't believe you didn't know what an egg buttie was (I don't eat eggs myself so couldn't say) - it's ok now that Honey has enlightened you, but he says that the REAL question is whether to have HP sauce or tomato ketchup on your buttie.
(and wants to know what wintersmith is like?).
He's also said other things but would take too long to type it all (men! ) - except you of course, Suggs.;)
Thanks for the help Honey and Consultant 31 - I'm just trying to be careful with my cash at the minute till we get used to paying out the childcare fees. I think if I stopped going round to the shop around the corner most nights for a "wee treat" I'd probably find I'd have more than enough money to re-join SW.:p
I'll see how things go, but stay on here for the support.... .by the way, how many shredded wheat are a healthy extra?Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.0 -
thanks for the advice, but with the exchange rate 20 quid works out quite expensive for me. I shall try and do it on my own. Thanks anyway0

madauri wrote:So... it that it? a fried egg sandwich?
Interesting... That is one way I have not tried fried eggs. I'll have to.
Although once I managed to cook a square fried egg
Yup, buttie = sandwich. Two other outstanding examples of the species are the chip buttie and the bacon buttie, preferably made with buttered cheap white sliced bread and with no sauce of any type (you sauce-eating heretics!)
