  • Honey - can't you get the SAS log off the SW website? I can't check right now for you but might be worth a look if you have a chance. :)

Just a word of warning - a whole family bag of revels to yourself really does make you feel sick

Be WARNED - save yourself (it's just NOT worth it)

Revels are dead to me since they replaced the chocolate peanuts with chocolate raisins...

Well done KatiePC on getting the MSE Slimmer of the Week and also AlyssaM on getting S.O.W. in class :T :T an excellent result for you both.

Everyone seems well motivated at the moment, long may it last!

Heard a joke that made me chuckle, so I thought I'd pass it on:-

A Catholic woman goes to church and finds a cubicle to repent her sins.
"Bless me Father," she says, "for I have sinned. Last night I had three men in my bed, and we made mad, passionate love all night."
"Say three 'Our Fathers' and three 'Hail Mary’s'" said the priest "and eat a lemon."
"Is the lemon part of my penance?" asked the woman.
"No," replied the priest "but it will wipe the smile off your face."
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

BTW KatiePC (and anyone else who's in stew mode), there's a recipe for stew and dumplings in the SW recipe thread - they're lovely and very low syn!

I made the syn free lemon meringue pies in ramekin dishes. Perhaps I did something wrong but the meringue part tastes like omelette. Lemon Omelette in fact :rotfl:
  • mmm, lemon omelette. Did you eat it anyway Honey? I would have done! I need to go and have a look at that stew recipe, thanks consultant. Have got cracking n my soup making odyssey and posted the first result on the recipes thread - it was absolutely gorgeous, cheap ans chips and will last me a weeks worth of lunches with a couple for the freezer for 6 syns total. bonus! I love cooking but I always find the serves number a bit off - if it says serves 4 i know i'll get a meal for me and OH plus a leftovers meal for me. Are they deliberately skimpy? or is that why i gained all the weight?(!) Nigella doesn't seem to be so bad but at the moment i don;t dare look at her books. It seems criminal to sw-ify her stuff.
