  • whoa! never won anything before! well except that awful floating radio but this is better! i was going to have a bar of chocolate for my supper but i guess i won't now. Well done to everyone else, this is a tough time to slim because all you want to do is eat stew!

    Hi Guys

    Today i noticed the healthy eating wraps from tesco are now 3 points, what a blummin cheek eh, they don't taste as good either. i might as well buy the normal ones now as they are only about 3 points!

    Back to work this evening, am slightly annoyed over an e-mail that a collegue received but I've not got too mad and eaten stupidly, I've had some yogurt coated raisins- surely there are some health benefits to them, he he.

    However got in from work and the leak that had started through DD bedroom whilst we were in Menorca, has started again, and OH decided to do half the job of sorting it out, but not fully sorting it- typical eh!, still I have resisted the lure of a mint aero, so I am pleased with that.

    Conservatory pretty much sorted, the plaster going up on one wall tomorrow and then all we have to do is buy some laminate from ikea this weekend, then we can furnish it with all the bits and bobs that are cluttering up the front room.

    I weigh in Weds morning, so am hoping that with the hols and the stress of everything else, I won't have done too bad. Anyway, I have gabbled on far too much.

    Cheekymole, I learnt that lesson with chocolate a while ago. It seems like a good idea at the time though. Maybe that'll do the trick and put you off it for a while :confused: Is this the Oz trip?

    Went for a walk last night for about an hour, reckon it was about 3.5 miles. Am staying home today cos DS and DD are both unwell ( I know in about an hour when the calpol kicks in I am going to wish they were at school :rotfl: )so might get the chance to do my workout DVD this morning. I am determined this week. Bought some sweet potatoes yday so since I am at home I will make some red pepper and sweet pop soup. Free on Green and delish!

    Good morning

    Off to a kids place with the girls today, so that should help burn a few calories getting up and down the slides.

    I am feeling a tad more positive today and determined that my weigh in tomorrow will be a good one.

    I lost 3lb at s/w last night. I got my 1/2 st award and slimmer of the week so I'm well chuffed. talktalk won't let me log on to the internet after 6pm I was trying for an hour when i gave up. I will have to give them a ring and complain. So I'm aiming for another good week this week. I'm still doing the sas log and would recommend it to anyone who's struggling. I'm having a red day today. so I'm off to have 1/2 grapefruit. and a bacon and egg buttie.

    Well Done Alyssa. I didnt get to speak to my consultant to ask for an SAS log, I just got the food diary. Do you have a copy you could scan and email to me?

    I'm feeling positive this morning (but it is only the second day) so thanks to whoever set this list up (Lois?) its a brilliant idea and is going to save me money as I will be cutting out all the rubbish food.

    Suggs has rugby got as bad as cricket with its substitute rules?
    RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.
