  • My friend says stir it into pasta with creme fraiche and a splash of whiskey. I haven't tried it myself...yet...sounds good though.

I use cooked salmon leftovers in a pasta dish.
Make up some white sauce, stir in cooked pasta, and salmon I add broccoli or peas and sweetcorn. Kids and DH love this and a very simple, quick, healthy dinner too.

  • I bought these on a whim in asda a while ago and I just don't know what to do with them! Me and dp are not big fish eaters so was wondering what to do with them, keeping it simple but hopefully enjoyable ;)
    Any suggestions?
    TIA

Soy sauce? Not sure what else goes with salmon I'm afraid - I like plain food!
