My missus simply mixes a little garam masala with salt and black pepper, a little oil and plain flower, mixes it together, and rubs it over the fillets. Then pan fry until golden. You can put a little chilli powder in, but this way, the salmon is not overwhelmed.0

My 89 yr old aunt's recipe... stir together soy sauce and lemon juice and pour over salmon, refrigerate for a couple of hours ,turn once or twice, put on a microwaveable plate, cover and cook in microwave for 2 mins. this is delicious either hot or cold and remains moist.

Add honey and chilli too. Honey coated salmon tastes incredible fried.Living cheap in central London :rotfl:0 -
you cant go wrong with the 'holy trinity' of chinese food - soy sauce, garlic and ginger! then add whatever you like. In my case I always have spring onions and red peppers so would use those chopped finely.0
