Pleased all the builders had a good time.
Sorry I missed your post Mel. I just skimmed through quick after the football last night and must have missed it. Hope your little ones feel better soon xx
Charlotte asked if I needed to shave the car today. I hadn't got a clue what she was talking about until she explained further and I realised she meant did I use the ice scraper on the windows :rotfl:Here I go again on my own....0 -

Hope everyone had a good time at the meet today.
Not stopping, too tired and need to try and get some dinner sorted for everyone (here we go!!!) I came on yesterday looking for sympathy but got none:( Anyway, babies are still poorly resulting in another bad night last night:(
Hope everyone else is well and not coming down with colds/flu etc
TTFN xx
I don't know about anyone else but MSE was playing up yesterday so maybe sympathy was posted into virtual world but didn't quite reach the pages of MSE??
Hope the poorlies get better soon.
It's a yucky cold thing doing it's rounds. I've been feeling yuck for days now:( Sort throat, v snotty nose and today I've been sicky sick.
Hope the meet was fun!;):)BLOWINGBUBBLES:kisses2: SMARTIE120 -
managed to move scan - lovely lady at antenatal clinic was very helpful, amusingly, the way round it seems is because I am so not 29 and haven't been for ages!! It's on 6 Jan, first thing in the morning and 1st day of little man's nursery so my excuse is settling him in, my boss is sodding clueless about children so should be a good enough ruse. Instead of a routine sonographer, we've got the brilliant brilliant consultant who did all T's growth scans. :j:j:j:j v excited now, only 44 days away.0

It's Epaderm. It is very greasy and like vaseline tho.
His skin was almost clear so I gave him cheese with his lunch and he has lots of flared up red patches againI'll see how it is in the morning but that seems fairly conclusive to me.
I couldn't get on mse at all last night when I tried. So *hugs* for Mel now instead.
I'm addicted to black friday - I keep trying to put things in my basket that I really don't need. Oops!
I felt great after doing my half hour workout on the wii last night so doing another one tonight as well :A
We went to see another nursery today and I loved it. T stayed in the baby room playing happily for 40 mins while we looked round! I got the biggest smile when I went to pick him upThe only problem is it's on a main road and I'll have to park down a side street. It should be ok as long as there's spaces. We got one today but I think I need to drive round at 6pm and see.

Gill - we use epaderm too! We actually have two different kinds - the vaseline one which can be used as an emoilient/soap and a cream version - the cream is so much easier to apply.
Did you see my post on fb about the soya milk? Dietitian told me "they" don't reccomend soya milk as a main drink until over 2, hence L being put onto formula, but alpro have just brought out a Junior Soya milk for 1+. Liam is now on that in the morning - the formula meant he didn't want any breakfast, it must have filled him up.0 -
Quite liked this little midwife birth-story blog entry if anyone is bored.0

evening all
am bordering on ending hubby's life wih his carry on today....
Decided all shopping from this day forth shall be done online, following his ranting antics round Tesco and my overwhelming desire to abandon trolley and just go home.....
Hugs to all in need, esp Mel, I had the same aggro last night and after attempting to post 4 times, it finally told me it had crashed, so i gave up and went to bed....
Am desperate for just half a day off without all the drama in this house, I need to get 101 things organised and i just never get left alone! Grrrrr
Anyhoo I managed a few days of positiveness, it was bound to end at some point LOL
KK - Glad you managed to speak to your OH and iron things out a bit. Hope you got a decent convo out of your sister....Wealth is not measured by currency0 -
Hugs CAFC.
Hope you have a positive day tomorrow.Proud to be dealing with my debts

Yes IU did thanks NMS. I thought I replied but maybe it got lost in the fb void lol. Shows how much HV know...when I asked her about goats milk she said they don't recommend it for babies but why don't I try soya! We're getting a dietician referral so I'm just going to stick with expressing as much as poss until then.
Does anyone know where I can get some nice thankyou (christening if poss) cards? I'm looking to pay about £1 for 10 if poss but will stretch to £2. I've tried all the obvious places but with no luck - not sure if the shops at the mall are too small and I might need to pay a visit to Trafford Centre.Mummy to Thomas born April 27th 2010 8lb 5oz0 -

The TV is good company, you can shout at it and it doesn't shout backI'm currently enjoying the Bedtime Hour on CBeebies, whilst Katie helps Daddy with pudding.
My mum is coming over in the morning to help me go through all Katie's clothes, all the ones that are too small will be getting bagged up for the charity shop.
I know its a waste of electricity but I tend to put the TV on and just leave it on without even watching it LOL. Without it on the house is just too quiet. Plus theres no radio pick up here bar listening thru Sky anyway!
I know what you mean about clothes getting too small, Theo stayed in newborn until 10 weeks but since then has been outgrowing stuff so fast!
CAFC *HUGS* sounds like you need them! Hope L is napping better for you and your DH stops being a PITA! I had a lovely evening with my sis, she held T even when he was screaming (he never squeaked all day until tonight!) and then rocked him to sleep. Hoping he doesnt wake me too early!!
Never got any amazon bargains, I tried to add something and managed to get one of those light up clock things that I dont really want so I have just left it!!0
