Maz - I have a Braun thermoscan ear thermometer, its the same as a lot of doctors/hospitals use (in fact the MW used mine when I was in labour with Ed because the batteries died in hers!) It was about £35 but I use it loads because I always have cold hands the boys always feel hot to me! I think its this one http://www.amazon.co.uk/Braun-4520-Thermoscan-Thermometer-66022780/dp/B0001D0LMS
I don't change the cover for every use tho, there really isn't any need if you've got clean ears
:Tcongrats r.mac!! I'm happy someone managed to win on that thingI think its totally acceptable for you to 'return' the scales for an exchange without receipt  Its what I'd do!
We had a CFR tea last night, yum yum! Butternut Squash Risotto and Choccy Brownies for afters I totally recommend both as scrummy!0 -
Som - after Ed got teeth it took a while for me to not notice them while he was feeding, he also leaves teeth maks after a feed which look a bit scarey butthey don't hurt at all. its just like when you've slept on a wrinkly pillow and have a mark on your face
He has been hurting me a lot recently but I discovered 2 lovely white tooty pegs popping out of his gums yesterday so I expect normal service will resume shortly!
I worry about stopping BFing Edgar now, he asks for a feed when he wants one - aka every time he wakes up at night so I have no idea how I'll tackle that!0 -

Is there anything on CFR that incorporates an aubergine? Hubby decided he absolutely had to have a moussaka this week and bought 3 from the market... But I have no mince... And I can't be bothered fetching any lol...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Krystal, do you have pasta sauce and cheese? Slice the aubergine and grill it (brushing it with oil is nice), then layer it with pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven for a bit. Serve over spaghetti.
All are welcome to meet me in all my hairy-cracked builderness. Let's say Tuesday for MacSmiler's convenience and the pushchair
I was wondering why the other Scottish ladies weren't replying to me and then I remembered they're playing outside together today :rotfl:Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
