My friend had her 3rd baby last week by C section, I saw her today, and I was like  check you out walking around, and she even did a little jig. She said the painkillers are fab :rotfl: I'm going over tomorrow with Keira to see baby Lucy, I shall have to pop into town tomorrow and pick up a little gift.

On the way home, Keira and a few others were playing in the park and this horrid little kid whacked her with a piece of wood and then layed into Ethan (friends son) with it, then punched and kicked him on the ground. I was like  I didn't know 5 year olds could be so violent, his mum didn't even do owt so I had a go at her and my friend Sharon was going beserk, quite rightly.

Anyhoo, he's a douche kid :D and he kept saying the C bomb

I said to Keira, you should of hit him back and she said "but that's not a nice thing to do" ah bless her.

This is Keira glamming herself up - All make up and clothes courtesy of ASOS :rotfl:

I personally think they should take Keira on as a child model to model their gear, they can pay her in lip balm and garish eyeshadows - her fave!

Aw Buttons, she is so cute! But what mini hair crimpers? I didn't see them!
  • At what age should a child be able to count up to 10 and beyond?

DD1 is 3 end of March and can count to 10, sometimes 20 but 11 - 20 are new this week to her.

I've just asked her to count some things in a bowl and should could kind of do it.

As she's my Eldest I really don't know what I should expect of her. Any Ideas?

Here Tia. I am gutted I didn't get pink ones though haha! I also got a mini hairdryer that is ridiculously small, I don't have much hair but will still take a jillion years to use, I reckon it would take a least 2 hours to dry Krystals barnet with it (I remember how long and thick your hair is ......biatch :p)
  • I wrote loads then lost it! Boo

Any tips on getting a 4 week old to love her moses basket? We manage 2 hour stints (max) occasionally but she won't settle consistently anywhere unless being held/in a sling. She has a dummy which is great when she keeps it in, is bf, and cries a lot. Have bought her some infacol today so will start on that.

Oh and is there a recommended weight for sleeping bags, I think she may be cold at night so might try her in one of the many I have.

Got to go and pick up big girl soon so may not reply immediately but will read later.

    Thanks muchly.

Are they the new fancy mock 'hair volume texture thingies' whereby you crimp a tiny bit of your hair in close to the root and after you have wowee fluffy big hair? I saw an advert on the telly.

DK, we had a natures nest hammock and a crib for night time. Most nights she slept in with me. Have you tired her in just the cot?

I remember at one point I had to make a 'nest' in the crib for her to sleep. I put some towels under the mattress to make it come up her sides, and she settled better.
