In my clear out the past week i have thrown out around 30 black bags, recycled around a skip load and filled the local charity bin with bits and pieces. i now have a pile to go to the auction and typically after i have no more baby items left my CM told me her 17 year old has found out she is pregnant!

i still dont feel any further forward in the house though lol!

Can you appeal and query in what way those hours stop you from being professional and customer focussed?

I know they can refuse requests but I thought there had to be valid business reasons.

Yes, they are claiming that it doesn't fit in with their 'core hours' and that if someone rings me at 4pm, they would have to tell them that I had gone home, however other departments do similar things which is really annoying. I can appeal but I don't honestly believe that they'll back down and I don't really want to be labelled a troublemaker before I even start working with my new manager :(.

Weezl - k has literally just popped his last pointy tooth out about a week ago...they have taken WEEKS and plenty of grumps and tears to come through, by far the worst teeth ever!

I am cold and tired so am off to bed... I stupidly went to bed at 1.30am KNOWING full well that screamahontas would most likely wake any minute...anyway she let me sleep till 3am (ish) and then was basically a nuisance until I got up with her at 5.45. Becles, maybe I should send her up to you, seeing as you are awake anyway;)

Well he should want to protect T from that, and tell him so!

    Use the following:

"One of MY moods, did it even occur to you that my MOODS only ever happen when you are here? I believe the common factor here is YOU!"

"Theo is my son, I shall raise him as I see fit, and if I choose to feed him, and he doesnt want it, he'll soon tell me wont he?!"

    And my personal favorite

    "HECK OFF YOU DEPLORABLE WOMAN!!!"

Carry on people, I'm just venting my utter vengance on the world...

and p.s I cant come to the meet....:(

I like your personal favourite, maybe I shall use that?! :rotfl:

Just scanned my 1st shop with Shop and Scan, didn't seem too bad, hoping to do it weekly to try get some vouchers and save them up.

Teething advice needed... T started with the whole excessive dribbling, chewing on things, etc 2-3 weeks ago and the past couple of days he has a rash on his face, very bright red cheeks, and definate white bits pushing through his gums.. how long before they come through properly? He seems fairly happy in himself but constantly chewing, I put mitts on him today and one of them had bits of blood on it from where he was chewing. Are A & P powders the best? (I know I asked about this a couple of weeks ago I just didn't get round to buying any!)

Anyone else's OH's glued to the new Call of duty?!

I never really got into the whole A&P thing, I tried them but not really sure they made any difference...I went with anbesol liquid:)

AND dh would be glued to it.....BUT we are getting it on the xbox for ds1, so if he wants to play it he will have to do so upstairs in the kids room(we have a ps3 downstairs), while they are at school, and not until after ds1's birthday on the 16th....he is soooo hard done by - apparantly;)

    Nighty night.
