I will when I've thought of a way to put it nicely.Krystaltips wrote: »With regard to PALS, I would send them what you were thinking!Any question, comment or opinion is not intended to be criticism of anyone else.2 Samuel 12:23 Romans 8:28 Psalm 30:5

I'm sure it will be far more tactful than they deserve, Susan

My baby has finally sprouted a second tooth!! Top right middle big tooth (incisor?) is a couple of mm out! :j
I am now concerned that she only has right-sided teeth :rotfl:Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Susan, you can habve a look at the PALS site and then quote their regulations, I am sure they have a set limit on how long it takes them to 'get back to you' and then there is an ombudsman. But I can't remeber exactly, sorry.
Caz, Amber is great today. I can honestly say that her development has suffered no ill effects from her illness (Chris took a few months to get back to doing what he was doing after he was ill). But she has a nasty new habit of walking around, hamster like, with food in her gob. Gross!
What thinsg are you talking about? Therapies for Chris?
I uploaded 2 items, and now I'm clackered.0 -
Jillie, remember Amber had a tummy bug? Turned out to be something to with her liver and on Tuesday morning at 5am she started vomiting blood so took her to A&E where she was extremely poorly (almost lost her) and was transfered to Yorkhill sick kids hospital. I'd been giving her paracetamol which made thinsg a whole lot worse. At points tehy were talking about liver transplants. Lots of medicines later and we got home Saturday. She is back up for more tests on Friday and maybe we will find out what actually happened. But she should make a full recovery and we just have to hope it was a one off and not an underlying condition.
How was your holiday?
omg!! glad she is over the worst of it.
Holiday was fab...but have been poorly since Sun night so not had energy to do much.
always- congratulations
SS- nice one molly'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -

SS - hurrah for Molly!
MDW - congrats on your tests.
Strawberrypud - we had that with A and the only solution we found was to take away the dummy.
Tia - know the feeling. I listed 10 items on Friday and have loads more to list, but lack the motivation...
Well, I feel really . This evening my new boss rang to tell me that she's declining my request for flexible hours as she wants our team to be 'more professional and customer-focused'. Grr - by not letting me start slightly early and finish earlier, it's going to cost me £50 per week in before and after school care, on top of full-time nursery for F... so much for being flexible and family friendly!

holiday- was amazing. we saw most of the Manchester United team as we left the VIP lounge in the airport, I walked by Bobby Charlton without even realising, would have been more excited if it had been the Liverpool team, but never mind.
Kian was asleep for take-off and wasnt bothered by the landing. same on the way home. 2 babies in front of us cried and screamed the whole flight and he was perfect. smiling at everyone who passed him by. hotel was lovely. we used to stay round the childrens pool and kian loved the pool- especially splashing... we were only across the road from the beach but the sea was pretty rough the whole time so went over once to have a paddle. Kian wasnt to sure bout it though. On the Sat, someone got into difficulty in the sea and a helicopter had to rescue them. They were moving when the crew got them to the ambulance and stretcher so i presume they were ok.
would definitely go back to Lanzarote, maybe in 2 or 3 years time.
pics on FB now
