I tend to start Alice off with a smaller portion and then give her more or something else if she's still hungry. Is she usually like that though or is it just because she's ill?
She'll normally eat fairly well but it's unpredictable. After four days of eating three teaspoons worth of cereal for breakfast I made her four teaspoons full and she insisted on eating more, but the next day I made her 2/3 of a normal portion and she was back down to picking at it.
She's nursing a lot more because she's sick but I don't think milk would fill her tummy for a couple of hours now she's a bigger beastie?Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Hi all, just a quick one - anyone around using Virgin who can check whether Cbeebies is offline for them?
Thanks!
Bit late like, but our cbeebies via virgin went blank this morning around 8.30. I'm not at home so don't know if it came back.
SS. Food wastage. V was very quiet this morning so I wondered what she was up to...she had got the bananas from the kitchen where they're out of her reach, opened all 7, bit some of them and tried to feed the dog some. My dog doesn't like bananas funnily enough!:beer:0 -
I caught up because Alice was still in bed but I'd recommend not doing so.kitkat5566 wrote: »Morning all, I'm offline for a couple of days and a shiney new thread appears!
Still need to catch up on all has been said so please forgive me, lack of sleep, OH working away for few days and very miserable baby
Not only has he colic, he has bad eczema, tummy bug (been thru 100s nappies this weekend) a temperature and we're possibly teething (chewing all in sight!)
My ears are sore
but he's sleeping now
And  at all those things at once. Hope you are okay.Any question, comment or opinion is not intended to be criticism of anyone else.2 Samuel 12:23 Romans 8:28 Psalm 30:5

The thing I find most annoying is that some of my friends still keep asking if Alice can have a biscuit or a chocolate or a sweet even though they know I don't let her have them. I don't try to pressure them into changing what snacks they give their children and the only reason attention is still drawn to what I'm doing is because they keep on bringing it up by offering things.redstararnie76 wrote: »I get that as well Susan, I get really fed-up of people offering her biscuits or sweets as 'a treat' - she loves fresh fruit, she's not deprived and it's better for her!! Naughty CAFC, Santa won't be visiting you ... in secret or otherwise

Wee Beastie is now banging my plate on the table. Do you think she wants something? :rotfl:
3, V is hilarious. I predict that she'll be as comical as Alice and Charlotte once she has the talking thing figured out.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
