  • GISI, yes we're still up for it. Izzy normally naps after lunch, but not directly after. She is big enough to be a bit flexible with it, especially if there is something exciting going on, and so we will stick around until she starts being too much of a drama queen ;)

I probably won't be on (much) before Thursday morning, so can you PM me with where we are meeting in case I miss it?

Thankyou for the hugs you lot. Lots of dust in my eye as DH is having a shower so Im downstairs on my own. We're all ok, I just feel a bit sick and very very angry. And yes, DH did drag the drunk from the car whilst it was on fire. (My hero, although he shouted at me because I was trying to jump out of the car first. I though there might be children in the car. Instinct I guess.)

Glad to see the confusion of Mental MSE has been sorted.

Hello Redmel!! Please post more so I can compare A to your T! :P

Going to go now, having a quiet evening with the hubby after a carpy weekend. XXX Goodnight.

Yup definitely overcautious MFD - but perhaps she's trying to drum good hygiene into her son, ie you touch a nappy/anything to do with toilet you wash your hands. I would probably make T wash his hands for things I wouldn't bother with.

Good point. Thank you Gill x

....although Benjamin LOVES to wash his hands!! Last time we went to booby club he was purposefully painting his hands and then coming and showing them to me saying 'mum, hands, splash!' so he could wash them over and over :rotfl::rotfl:
Sorry MFD, do I do that often?! :o:rotfl:

Not you in particular, but people do it often!

People also confuse MFD and MDW sometimes too!!

Will do. I'm flexible if everyone else would prefer morning, maybe late morning then lunch there would be a good option?

  • Benjamin is everso cute :) Izzy loves washing her hands too. And ever time she goes to wash her hands then she wants to brush her teeth too...

DH has just switched on Rogue Trader...not really my sort of movie, but I won't complain about staring at Ewan MacGregor for 2 hrs :D.

I wouldn't complain about staring at Ewan MacGregor either

*hugs* Michelle. That's an awful thing to happen and hope you and your family are ok xx
can someone give me a sniper website please x

I've used http://www.auctionsniper.com/ before and you get some free snipes to test it first :money:

Cliques: I don't think the thread is cliquey. Mostly new people get acknowledged in some way, even if it's just a hi. For example, Lego had people comment about the her toddler's hair problem rather than just ignore her earlier today.

Think it's more friendlier on here than in other places. People might say I'm doing things different to them on here, but it's more in a "lets compare notes" type of way. I've found in other threads people are more patronising and quick to say you are a bad parent for doing something different to them which is a really hurtful thing to say. Hope that all makes sense as I'm tired and probably waffling :o
Here I go again on my own....
  • Night all :)
