Hi Kat
Well done for going in and speaking to the bank. Boo to not being able to change the reserve, can't say I'm surprised though, they won't do anything to help if it means it saves you money!
Good news on being able to overpay the loan, I expect you to be on first name terms with all the cashiers before long!!!LBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)

Well I did go up a % barrier.
Can someone please explain how I have been thanked in more posts than I have written? I'm all confused!
Because multiple people have thanked each post?LBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)

I think I can explain that chick - when i had my thread pulled all your posts in there would ahve been deleted so perhaps the difference is the amount of posts you had made in my original thread? Does that make sense? (although I thought you posted way more than 27 times, which is the current difference between your posts and your thanked posts!!!!!)LBM Oct 2010 - £44,665.08:eek: (exc overdrafts)

your post count sounds like the kind of work i've seen recently at work lol
glad you've had a good visit to the bank, it sucks that they won't let you change your reserve over but at least you can wind them up by making lots of payments against the loan, and you can laugh everytime you leave the branch.
i found out yesterday that my branch will take as many bags of coins that i take in, no limits like all the other banks i've dealt with before.0 -
i hate their stupid rules with the coin bags! i have 4 money boxes i only count once or twice a year (my dream is to actually fill one...i know i am sad!). needless to say i always have 20+ bags. unless you only save one or two types of coin cant see many people only having that amount of bags!
natwest told me they dont have a limit so i can pay as many as i want in. they told me one of the local branches has a machine you can just tip it into and it counts and sorts and puts in your account. i wouldnt like that as i enjoy tipping them all out and putting in little bags (again...i am sad!). not opened mine since nov so hoping to last til this nov. i am only saving for xmas so dont really need to open before then!:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j0
