Yea I got my money thanks Woo. £130 - £60 is in my tin to pay into bank savings (unless I can pay it directly off Kays - not sure as it's on one of those buy now pay laters, not sure if I can pay a bit off at a time or have to clear it in full), other money is for getting back and forth to work and was used for shopping yesterday.
Right, got a few non debt paying things which have to be done. I need a new cooker as mine is broken (set itself on fire:eek:), washing machine needs to be looked at as doesn't always start when you push start and NEVER does first time, need to get conduit (is that the right word) to hide some wires and need fitted wardrobes in small bedroom for storage/when we have another baby.
Cooker is desperate although lucky enough to have a convection overn/microwave/grill so not too bad (ie can save to get one rather than having to get credit for one :money:).Loan - [STRIKE]£6991.95[/STRIKE]£6180.01; Barclays Res - [STRIKE]£600[/STRIKE] £0 - £22 per week , NWB Grad O/D - [STRIKE]£1185[/STRIKE] £887.86 18.28% SWALEC - [STRIKE]£700[/STRIKE] £0 NPOWER [STRIKE]£220[/STRIKE] £0 Kays - [STRIKE]£591.28[/STRIKE] £0 TOTAL DEBT - [STRIKE]£10,288.23[/STRIKE] £7,000.01 31.96 % Paid off. Cookers setting themselves on fire is never a good thing! Think you're definitely able to justify getting a new one xDebt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j0

I know was so freaky - my DS was in the kitchen too
Does anyone here watch superscrimpers on ITV? (I think ITV....) last episode was a STUDENT who spent £15k a year on !!!!!!. Really, hair, facials, going out, clothes etc - she said her student loan was her money for her to spend.... so glad she went on that show as I wonder how long it would have taken her to be in a horrendous situation!
Well, last night I went all "the good life" and re-potted my veg. Can't wait to eat my home grown stuff, not only yummy but very MSE.Loan - [STRIKE]£6991.95[/STRIKE]£6180.01; Barclays Res - [STRIKE]£600[/STRIKE] £0 - £22 per week , NWB Grad O/D - [STRIKE]£1185[/STRIKE] £887.86 18.28% SWALEC - [STRIKE]£700[/STRIKE] £0 NPOWER [STRIKE]£220[/STRIKE] £0 Kays - [STRIKE]£591.28[/STRIKE] £0 TOTAL DEBT - [STRIKE]£10,288.23[/STRIKE] £7,000.01 31.96 % Paid off. I have watched the programme Kat, didn't see that episode though. It is so easily done, I don't think people view credit as 'real money' and forget it has to be paid back!LBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)

i watch that, some of the tips are quite good but some are a bit strange- dont think my plants and potatoes would like soapy bathwater to drink
when i as at uni i considered how much credit i had as how much money i hadoops. i was good for first few months then blew my whole overdraft and after that, anything that went in just reduced it slightly! loved it every september when i could increase it! still got £600 of the overdraft to clear

i was so angelic whilst at uni, came out with zero debt oh how things changed only 5 years later when i got my first loan. I have to admit that i was also very boring whilst at uni, now regret being so boring, and was/am teetotal so 50p pint diet coke made for cheap evenings out on the few occasions i went out.0
