Looking forward to the update Kat, hope you can kick that reserve where it hurts this month:T
Does that make it a long time to the next payday?
How old will your DS be? My smallest will be 3 next month (and is still in nappies) but the other two were the same and when they cracked it they cracked it and it was all over, straight to the big loo and dry at night too.
Hoping to get him a balance bike for his b'day:D

He will be 3 so don't worry - I'm not!!
Sig updated - reserve went up (as thought due to nasty Npower) but only by £11! Therefore we would have kicked it's a** this month.
Fences painted (my goodness that was hard work!!) still not planted as painting took all day.
Got to bake at some point today but very sunny so taking DS to park with one of my bestest buddiesLoan - [STRIKE]£6991.95[/STRIKE]£6180.01; Barclays Res - [STRIKE]£600[/STRIKE] £0 - £22 per week , NWB Grad O/D - [STRIKE]£1185[/STRIKE] £887.86 18.28% SWALEC - [STRIKE]£700[/STRIKE] £0 NPOWER [STRIKE]£220[/STRIKE] £0 Kays - [STRIKE]£591.28[/STRIKE] £0 TOTAL DEBT - [STRIKE]£10,288.23[/STRIKE] £7,000.01 31.96 % Paid off. Morning Kat,
Ahh another one heading into the throttling threes! Does that mean your getting pressure from the rellies to have number two?
Good that the reserve hasn't gone up too much now that you've got £0 for you utilities:j:j
Is the reserve your highest interest? I'm sure it was, anything you can ebay to throw at it?
Have a lovely day or are you working at job 2?

hi kat, well done on the reserve, i have lurked a bit and was horrified when you said what the charges were. i recently enquired about a new bank account there and they were going on about how wonderful it was! could not believe it after what i read on here! i think its cheaper for me to go over my overdraft limit and pay a bank charge with natwest than it would be for that 'authorised' facility :mad::j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j0

It was hard Woo, but I think harder for him - he was stuck at home and I was playing with orangutans!

Hi all, haven't checked in for a while as enjoying the sun with DS. His birthday is on Sat so been a bad spend week!Polly_Wolly_Doodle wrote: »Ahh another one heading into the throttling threes! Does that mean your getting pressure from the rellies to have number two?
Nope - we really want another one, my mum and dad are totally against the idea. We have a plan and everything but have to see how debt and everything else goes first.
I have worked a few extra shifts in job 2 to counteract spends on DS birthday - all his prezzies have been bought with cash (first time ever no catalogue spending) and his day of fun Sat will be too.
After that I will be back with Avengence - weekly shop this week was £15 under budget so that's a startLoan - [STRIKE]£6991.95[/STRIKE]£6180.01; Barclays Res - [STRIKE]£600[/STRIKE] £0 - £22 per week , NWB Grad O/D - [STRIKE]£1185[/STRIKE] £887.86 18.28% SWALEC - [STRIKE]£700[/STRIKE] £0 NPOWER [STRIKE]£220[/STRIKE] £0 Kays - [STRIKE]£591.28[/STRIKE] £0 TOTAL DEBT - [STRIKE]£10,288.23[/STRIKE] £7,000.01 31.96 % Paid off. well done Kat you update sounds so positive.
It's lovely paying for things in cash isn't it. I still use my CC too much but i know i am paying it off in full the following month, and if Halifax want to pay me £5 to take a months free credit then who am i to argue?0
