    Morning Pausers of Men,

How are we all today? Feeling like I might be going down with something, iffy throat, slightly shivery, achey.... dosed up with usual stuff, ginger, cinnamon, vitamins. :(

Looks like the mild weather has passed. But the sun may shine. :)

Whatever you all do today, take time for yourself, relax a bit and think soothing thoughts. XXX

    morning all,

I hope you all had a good sleep and have woken full of the joys of [STRIKE]spring[/STRIKE] autumn.

I woke at silly o' clock this morning, a bad dream i think. had to listen to my talking book for a bit before dropping back off. Those things are a godsend I find.

Joyful, look after yourself, this time of year is awful for the sniffles etc isn't it. stay in bed with your favourite book/mag and get the family to bring you hot drinks etc :)

I'm off into town early to give my house key to the estate agents  here I go on that treadmill again, eeek

whatever you do today, enjoy it.
Mortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j

Morning all, I danced the night away last night and considering I only got to bed at 3am I am quite bright eyed and bushy tailed. Have done some housework, put the washing on, and am now sitting with my breakfast. I never felt the old aches and pains on the dance floor apart from my knee which seemed startled to be asked to jig around in high heels, and cracked alarmingly, then it got into the spirit!!

My supplements arrived and I have started to take them, but because it is a new routine I keep forgetting. I need to make a list of those little jobs around the house which need doing, new light bulbs in bathroom and bedroom (why do they all seem to go at once?) re seal shower etc, I will give the list to OH when he gets back from his sporting activity....should keep him busy.

Had an awful week at work, I work in a college and the standard of behaviour is going down, I have spent most of the week on disciplinary issues rather than teaching. I am thinking of starting a blog to give parents an insight into the language, content of conversation and general hideous behaviour of some of their offspring. I might get sacked though!!

Oh well, it is the weekend now! washing, shopping, cleaning, ironing....deep joy.
  • poet123 you even have the same job list as me:eek: OH at rugby so it won't be done this weekend!!!
I hope if it is the supplements that has given you this massive energy , they work the same for me...although mine are still not here:( I don't know which ones you got but I was reading on the "menopause matters" website that the ones I have ordered can turn your urine bright yellow:eek::eek::eek: So if this should happen don't worry it isn't a new symptom:rotfl::rotfl:

Welcome to all the new faces on here. Back to my job list now.
Enough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D

Dont think it can be the supplements....I have only taken them twice:D I think the body just rose to the challenge. It was sooo hot though, and yet my friend who is also menopausal was freezing....two extremes.

Just been through the war zone that passes for the kids bedroooms. They have wardrobes, why then is the floor so much more attractive? having 4 lads and an OH, if I never see another pair of underpants it will be too soon, yet sadly, Monday morning at college will bring the usual array of pants on display as the fashion for baring your rear end is still in full swing.

    I am turning into a shrew.....
  • My supplements are here:j:j
    I've taken one...no change yet.:rotfl:

I've noticed that in the ingrediants the level of soya isn't as high as the ones I found last year. Maybe thats why thay are comparitively so cheap:( Still I won't know till I try if it was that ,that helped if you see what I mean.
Beautiful day here spending it tackling the garden whilst giving my 13 year old all my boring jobs(eg shredding) to pay off her debts after subbing her,her pocket money early.:D
