Poet
Thanks for the article. Just fired it off to my BF and also to a friend who is beginning to suffer. The bit about just wanting to 'flee' (during a flush) is SOOOO true.
Sweet dreams friends, I'm off to rest my back."Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on.”0 -
Many thanks all for your replies. I do feel much better now. I was on the verge of going to my doctors again with the sore breasts in a panic. Some days I am convinced there is something wrong with me and my other half wonders why I seem to have changed since we first met three years ago, I am more irritable, less inclined to do things with him I used to do and he just can't get it so I am going to email the article to him so he may understand more0

I just wondered if anyone else is suffering from puffy ankles too?
It's not something I've always suffered from but just recently they are quite puffy.
I do a sitting down job so it's not like I'm on my feet all day ((puzzled))Mortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j0 -
I had swollen ankles for the first time in my life when I was in Spain this year. Never had it abroad or here before not even with pregnancies. Didn't know if it was related to menopaws or not. I seem to have developed so many things over the past few years that I have never had before.:):):)0

Isn't half term wonderful? I am expecting my supplements tomorrow too......may be dancing around the classroom next week if they work!!:rotfl:0 -
Oh I'll join you:D (if they work.) Personally I think half terms should be at least two weeks long, but I suppose I'm biased. At least I don't have to keep explaining to large groups of hormone filled teens that I'm having a "senior moment.";)Enough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D0
