Can I leave you with something to ponder?
I wonder whether if may be appropriate to have modified versions of our CV's on the matrix site so that we can see what peoples skills and interests are - as well as seeing the glimmers of what they hope their dream life, their goal, their hedgehog idea might be.

I was wondering about this myself - but I thought just a basic profile for people to fill out rather than a CV type thing - & also to have a category - "can do at a push" as people on this thread (me included) tend to be a bit humble about what they can actually doDebts 07/12/2021

I wold suggest a fifth thread: who is who.
It would be place for everyone to introduce themselves tell what they do and where they live and what they dream about. We could then find what resources we have in one place.
ETA: oops, hadn't read previous posts, this has already been thought about"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

And then some of us have a lot to be humble about...

I wonder whether a lot of the energy here is generated by lots of things all being thrown into the mix together? So if they were separated out too much would we lose some of that? Just randomly thinking, might be talking rubbish!
I wonder whether it might be best to keep this thread how it is - MG and her challenges, making do and mend, with throw in links to Mr Big's challenges, everyone dipping in ideas and encouraging people - and then when something specific starts to take off - Claire's jewelry, Kits for Kids, other people's things, micro financing, discussion gets moved over to the other place for more detailed discussion, then we're not restricted by this site's rules, or making the poor moderators chew on their fingernails too much
I just don't want us to lose the cheery energy we have by dissipating it too much!
But I might just not know what I'm talking about, who knows
Why not try it and see what happens?

Enough of that talk - you put it very well.

Clairewop - I think I might have found the beads used in the earings and bracelet I saw, if not the silver ones are very similar.
