I agree with cherisong hon - anything you haven'tthrown off in 48 hours should really be checked out - especially if you have got a tight chest and sore ears.
Listen Lady - if it were your kids you'd have them over there like a shot wouldn't you - so make the call and at least speak to the Doc or the practice Nurse.
Just about to start my coaching call:rotfl::rotfl: - with guess who???Yes, mr "i zall zay zees ooonnly wance":D
Apparently he found yesterdays afternoon / evening absolutely hilarious and agrees with Firewalker that he has never seen conversations that zip from business, to books, to earings, to studying to underwear so quickly.:rotfl::rotfl:
I turns out the the Mentors are asked to study the thread for a couple of days before they come on the phone - just so they can see where we are at.
Poor soul really got a baptism of fire didn't he.:D:D

Morning one and all. Have thoroughly enjoyed reading the posts made last night...not surprised Mr Big legged it for a bit!
I am feeling back to normal operational effectiveness (though still with a sore heel!) - I feel positive, I look good (a vision in navy today...even my shoes - which have a little heel... I dug around the shoe cupboard this morning and found some different shoes!), and I have some energy as well.
My homeopath is a lovely, lovely person and the remedies she has been giving me totally ROCK! And my gym membership includes the use of a pool (which is often so empty that it feels like my own private pool!I could get used to that!) so I think I will keep it going for a while yet!
As for underwear, yes, I am amply endowed...but a combination of my OH insistence (his sister is an underwear designer so he knows about these things) and my Grandmothers last ever words to me ("Make sure you get a decent bra") have conspired to make sure I wear sturdy scaffolding, doing my bit against gravity. I am a 42DD (Bravissimo measured!
) which is pretty tricky to house! I just WISH they looked prettier. I have access to an outlet shop which does okay bras, but they are always black, white or cream. Why can't i enclose my bangers in some pretty turquoise blue lacy stuff or some nice pinky stuff? I must say, I really like the idea of making my own bras. Off to see if i can find a course local to me.
Well, after I do my days work!
Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart. Think of me while I try and work out what the Comprehensive Spending Review is going to do to my work and my home life. Good morning All!
Bliey! I am up to date........Didn't read for 4 days as had the dreaded lurge thats going round, but am now fully up to speed. I do feel for the French Mentor - what must he think? lol
On the issue of the dreaded lurge - Claire, really do get a Dr's appt. Loads of people in my neck of the woods have had colds that have lingered and then come back with a vengence - usually with a good dose of chest infection / bronchitis / pneumonia in tow! Not nice!
K4K:- My boss is due to go to Old Trafford in just over a week (watching a match corporate styley!) so I have my thinking cap on to see if he could pick anything up from there. If anyone has approached MU and just needs stuff collecting, please let me know and I will see if I can hijack his trip for a good cause!! (easy to twist his arm as he's my ex!!! lol)
Right, I have not dedicated enough time to work since Monday - you lot move soooo fast - I had better go and 'catch up' with that now!
Have a great day all, hope those with the sniffles are less sniffly and those who need the support feel supported!

I love a good plan - it may not work.... but I love a good plan!0 -
Am just deciding which course to do - all my other courses have been Maths or Arts and I ned to decide whether to fininsh with two Maths ones which would give me a BSc or a mixture which woud give me a BA !!!
I suppose it depends why you are doing it and whether you see yourself as Arts or Science.
Also if you are doing it for career. When employers are going through applications checking for BA or BSc depending on what they want is a quick way of weeding the pile.Memory_Girl wrote: »he has never seen conversations that zip from business, to books, to earings, to studying to underwear so quickly.:rotfl::rotfl:

There is a big difference between buying and reading self-help/study books and actually doing what they say. BTDT - more times than I care to admit:o.
Now I have to decide whether to sign up for a highly recommended study session - do I go for it or - with my track record - am I just going to waste more money.0 -

Yes, the 30 day revision planner, the build your own Student Survival Guide system and the books will all be available as down loads from the end of November (fingers crossed)
Also there is an online course coming for those who can't travel to an actual seminar - 52 weeks of 10 minutes or so per week, that can be used by parents to work through with their kids.
I have also just agreed to make this available to older kids as a 52 DAY programme - so that people who want to do it faster can.:D
.................. and all thats before I tell you about todays coaching call:j
I've decided that I'm going to write more about these sessions - firstly so that you can see what I'm up to and how that informs my day-to-day decisions, and well, the MSE reason....
Ths coaching would cost tens of thousands of pounds - no sense it not sharing the highlights with you guys in case you can also use it.
BTW I have permission to talk about it here from Mr Big so no worries - just not to distribute "sensitive" tools and worksheets IYSWIM.
However I am gasping for a cuppa - so will go and do 15 minutes, grab a cuppa and be back to tell you about todays session.
Still loving it here

Ebay still doesn't want to play ball for me and I have no idea if they have replied to my email because virgin email is down as well :mad::mad: Don't they know a girl is trying to set up a business here:(:(
Suppose I will just have to go and sort paperwork until they decide to play

Caught up from yesterday. Came on this morning and wondered what I had missed - then read with lots of laughter!
Today for me is a day of rest as I had steroid infusions yesterday and been told to do nothing today. Having my next infusion tomorrow so Friday will be the same as today. My OH did my breakfast for me this morning - so cute :heartsmil
Will be looking more at the bra making courses (thank you - never thought there would be such things - don't know why lol) as its the opposite here - large back and lacking in front. I find high street shops assume that if you are larger then you obviously are larger all over! Will be looking round the web after the comments on here.
Claire please do look after yourself.
