Someone should tell Ann Widdecombe about Ample Bosoms. I can hardly believe how the costume department let her go out and perform with the girls dangling round her waist!
It doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!

Seems to me that if you are First time buyers, not in a chain and have a mortgage sorted they should be all over you like green on grass in this market.

Is the manager pushing because she need to make HER targets perhaps??

What is your conveyencing solictor got to say in the matter - surely they have had sight of the contracts?

Time for some "lets negotiate the timing or we will have to withdraw our offer" kind of talk via your solicitor perhaps?

Well it's a part-buy, they loan us a portion of the property price deal but still - they should be fighting to keep us. I spoke to them today with that slant - inspired by you lot :o

I think we need a sit down with the solicitor - we were just worried about that costing us more!

It seems November was always the date, the women at the show home centre is full of hot air. I've spoken to her manager today to outline my confusion and her lack of professionalism so that should clarify things that end.

No, not yet, I'm waiting on another medical before they'll talk figures :(

Gemmzie, if you're buying from a developer, then surely they're not going to turn you away? Economic news is really tough at the moment (I've kind of been ignoring it till now, but ... its bad out there).

Plus, onething in particular - I'd put your objections in writing. I know its quick and easy to lift up the phone, but its not *proof* that you have accessible to you.

Just reading the rest of the thread now, to see if there's anything else from you.

    xx

EDIT - okay, good advice from MG.

Can I be a pain and ask anyone who Has purchased from me to add a comment in the guestbook on the site, so that future buyers can have a bit of feedback, to what the service quality etc is like please :)

On that note I'm taking my aching body off to bed :) Goodnight all x
