One of the benefits of DS2 being here for a few days is the extra cuppas being made for me :D

Today we have been to a nearby market town to collect a lot of fair Trade goods that we will sell in a local hall at a coffee morning to raise awareness of FT goods available. DS2 did all the lifting and carrying.

I also applied for a bus pass as I am eligible for one. It means I can get a lift part of the way to see DA and then a bus the final 10 miles or so. Only on days when there is no one else able to drive me or if I have no spare cash :D It feels as though it could be a bit of an adventure for me as I haven't been on public transport for years as we have no bus to our village any more.

We tried to buy petrol today and discovered my debit card isn't in my purse. I used it to get cash on Sunday so have been trying to find out if I left it at the machine. It hasn't been used.

granny and brizzled we are going to paste Christmas wrapping paper onto the bowls to make festive gift containers. I think I might make some truffles. They went down well the last time I made them as gifts.

Thank you for the reminder. I must rejoin the gym. I desperately need some exercise. DS2 has said he will take me there. No buses to the gym :D

If I go in the afternoons I can drive myself. Just too groggy in the mornings.

Tonight I am making calypso fish for dinner. We have a huge sack of onions so I will probably make French onion soup for the freezer. I feel as though I am cooking for the freezer but soon it will have loads of soup ready for the Winter.

Mine is GP referral too beanielou. Functional exercises. We have to pay even though GP referral :( it was £20 a month then they put it up to £25. I stopped going because even if I paid each time I attended I had to pay £3 for a session. My sessions were 15 minutes max. This is a community gym and they wouldn't reduce the cost.

Membership has gone down and they have now reduced prices. It is over 2 years since I last went and I can feel the difference so I know I have to go back. I learnt at my Monday craft group that there is someone employed there who can do assessments etc so I need to see GP and go back.

Todat Mr P is going to take me and all the FT stuff to hall where DD and a friend are doing the selling. I will help with DGD and talk to people.

Then we should really go to see DA. After last session I am dreading it. It really upset me seeing how unhappy she is. But I have her clean clothes to take back.

Mr P found my lost debit card in the bedroom! Phew!
