I found out that he has been planning this for quite some time, as I logged into his online banking (wrong I know) and saw transactions on his sole account that supports this.. Such a scumb*g.

I don't suppose anyone else is thinking what I'm thinking????? :rotfl:

Especially as in the first post on this thread the OP said...''Last night i got in from work to find that my husband had left me.. took everything out of the flat and emptied my bank account.''

I don't understand what you are getting at with this? I checked his online banking after he had done all this so I could see if he had been planning this, which he had, so what exactly are you thinking?? xx

That would seem like the logical thing to do, but it's not that easy. He transferred the money into his sole account and that can only be done over the phone.

Since he transferred it, he has withdrawn it all anyway so I can't get any of it back.

Jfdi- I'm sorry I my last post seemed snotty, I am just in a really bad place and thought you were criticizing me :-( sorry again xx

Unless she can prove it was hers , in the eyes of the Police it is seen as a domestic matter as it was a joint account.

However I was just thinking , does he have a car , is there a loan paid etc on it , if there is , you may want to put a claim in for half the car. Wont be able to run anywhere then will he , make sure you take the front bit , as he will have to take a backseat in his life , once the MISS T sorts him out.

Hugs and theat is all :T

I've not got anything useful to add and there has been far better advice than I could give anyway, but couldn't read and not post.

I'm assuming that he was on the council register at your address. You say that all of the debts were in your name, he must have a clean credit rating then.
I used to suffer from lack of motivation.... now I just can't be arsed.
