Yeah you can return demo products, I've done this before, just do it as normal - ie pick the code closest to "its carp"!
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A
  • Ive put quite a few used demo bits into my return this time. I have also put random bits of the xmas party pack back in... (herve (yuck) leger perfume for example!)... just hope that they accept them. On the actual credits bit on the invoice they all have individual prices (I think the perfume was about £3.47 or something! lol) and are available to return so i dont see how i couldnt. fingers crossed!!
  • I think carp is going to be a new word for this thread! lol :)
edit: Oh and p.s. I have also done returns this time right back to c14.. will they accept them? i dont know how they let you do them on the website if they dont accept them once they get there :\
  • Has anyone tried any of the matt nail varnishes? I'm very disappointed, only put it on a couple of days ago and there's hardly any left on my nails.

I bought three different colours as well, can we return used demo stuff?

I had exactly the same problem! wont be using it again as it chipped the same flipping day! wasnt impressed to say the least and then when I went to take it off it left my nails a horrible dirty colour and the colour didnt seem to want to come off with nail varnish remover! safe to say wont be using it again and wont recommend to any of my customers!

if it lets you put it through online then its within the 90 day limit - if it won't, then its because its outside of the limit, they won't let us bring up & submit anything that can't actually be returned if that makes sense.

Whoop taken the last of my deliveries tonight - admitted defeat and text the new customer who hadn't bothered ringing me since I left a card friday morning so at least they're all gone - and means I have pennies to maybe buy a small xmas tree or light up snowman this week to try and get into the festive spirit!

OK.... anyone ever had their Avon delivered on a SUNDAY before now???? Got home after seeing Santa (Little Miss was NOT impressed...) and there were 2 boxes and my next lot of books sat on my doorstep! Now I don't know if I should be chuffed or miffed to be honest - I'm somewhat annoyed as I had returns and obviously they didn't get picked up like they should have been as I wasn't expecting him and I'd arranged to be in tomorrow to make sure they got collected - but obviously it means I can go through my orders and bag them up a day early... Just really annoyed about my return (well exchange...) grrrrrr

That is strange! I think its Interlink if I remember rightly, on the road near Homebase/Halfords (Launton Road is it?)...I really hope you are the other Bicester rep lol

I'm playing roulette with the delivery tomorrow, I changed address for it to go to work but I had a letter saying that it couldnt be changed as address it out of couriers area. Then had a voicemail saying they could deliver to work but it will be 3 days late. And an email saying I should change address back to one in my area! So no idea where its going to turn up tomorrow! I also have returns, 3 months worth, some of which I've been recharged for as haven't seen the courier for a few deliveries, so really hoping I can catch them to give them the returns box!

Yup I'm the other Bicester rep lol I'll try to get hold of the Interlink office tomorrow and see if it's them - it's just annoying as I had made plans to be sure someone would be in to give them the return - I don't mind the parcels getting left outside - it's a very trustworthy neighbourhood LOL
