Ellie Sounds like your sales leader needs a kick up the proverbial. To give you an idea, I have 151 houses in my territory and have found that ordering 60 books (12 packs - remember they are ordered in packs of 5) means that even in the short campaigns like this one I can get round all my houses. Expect to lose a few - I will gradually weed out the ones where I NEVER get the book back I think, then recanvess them periodically using old books to see if anything has changed.

I have just scraped HOV today - thank goodness! Still a few houses to collect from, and a couple of places where I suspect I will get orders so fingers crossed. Just trying to work out what I will do re delivering books and collecting back in over christmas/New year. Possibly just do the regulars, plus any houses where I feel there may be some interest. What's anyone else planning?

not silly - I wondered if it was faulty myself to start with so just left it on the side for a while and then when I remembered about it it had started to thaw a little so i figured it must have been frozen

Granted been doing it a while now, but I'll just be doing my regulars to keep things easier, its hard getting enough time to deliver any more brochures, and I'd rather not have my usual sized orders (daft as it sounds) as otherwise I'd have no spare time over the short campaigns! Just do what you can manage then when we're back to the 3 week campaigns you can aim for a bit more as its less pressured

I got the free folder and pens etc from my smart start with my c17 order, and have hit HOV every time up untill now, c18 was fab and i was waaaaaaaaaaaaay over HOV but c1 has been awful and i am just scraping what would normally be MOV, id that going to affect the prize im going to get this time? I cant remember what prizes there was and i cant open pdf's on my lappy at the mo (

Hiya, me again! Just wondered, i have done quite a large credit request to send back some of my excess stock, is there any easy way to view my credit list so i can box it all up? (yes i know i should have boxed it up as i went! lol )

For all those new to Avon since the last short campaigns - It can be a bit alarming that your sales figures and customer numbers take a nosedive at this time of year :eek:, but you may well be surprised at how much people order immediately after Christmas. There are usually some really good offers to persuade people to stock up, and it's also worth remembering that you are getting a 'pay day' every two weeks rather than every three!

Yes, agree with Lozza - do all your regular customers then as many others as you can comfortably do with the time & number of books you have. Just don't stress about it....life's too short at this time of year
