As a follow on to my previous input, they took off the £60 fee charged in error. My first statement arrived yesterday, balance correct, payment being taken by DD from the start, no problem.
Looked online today....arghh.....balance is £60 less than after the first BT I did.

They had adjustments for the £1500, £2400 and £60 (again) Then they added £1500 on as a balance transfer.

I rang, in a bit of a panic, thinking that they'd taken £1500 from my bank account instead of the minimum payment

They said that they had adjusted all the balances off as they had set me up with the wrong offer, or something like that........but that they had only put back on the account the first BT amount for some reason, and had taken off the £60 twice. They couldnt explain this and have had to put a note on my account for the bankers on Monday. He did agree it was a bit of a mess tho.

Oh, and in addition they were going to put 61p interest on the £60 fee which shouldnt have been there in the first place.
    ;) debt free...yippee

No it ended a while back, but if an adviser told you it was fee free then call Lloyds up and complain. They say they record all telephone conversations so when they check I would imagine they would have to refund the 2.5% fee
