that said if they are charging a fee, I'm unlikely to bother
Yes, the displayed credit limits are personalised. Mine was less
Are they charging a BT fee? I applied when it was fee free. But have yet to receive the paperwork, so don't know if they will honour it.
The application has gone from my account page. Can anyone, who still has an unused application, confirm whether the fee free BT has gone? There was some mention earlier that it was limited to the first 5,000 or so applicants.0 -
Just had a look and there is a fee of 2.5% (minimum £2.50).0

Thanks OllieLong.
Received my application form (post never arrives 'til gone 12).
Application form says there is a fee free BT. Leaflet says fee free for 1st 5,000 accepted applicants
I'll have to wait and see. Apparently it could be 2 weeks before I receive the card. If all goes to plan, then this should dove-tail quite nicely with my Halifax 0% deal which runs at mid January.0 -
The offer is now on the home page so obviously it is open to everyone now but with a fee.0

The flyer I received with my credit agreement stated that the fee free was only available to the first 4000 applicants for the credit card.
It gave a code BT16 to quote when ringing to arrange a BT.0 -
 £12500!! That's massive! I got £3000 and thought it was loads! In answer to the question above, I asked for £2100 and received £3000, but as previously mentioned, it'll give you a guide on how much you'll receive.payless wrote:after logging in, the site implied a £12500 limit.. am I to assume this is personalised to me rather than what on every page...

I requested £5k BT and got £3k credit limit will the BT still go through or will i have to do it myself on the internet ?
Hi
I have requestwed 8000 and got only 5000, they didn't process the balance transfere till I called them today, so it seems if they gave you less than the amount you have requested they will not do the balance transfere till you call them.
one thing more, today she told me that there will be £120 handeling fee but when i told her is supposed to be free she checked with some body then she said yes there is no handeling fee, but she let me leave £100 in lloyds credit0 -
hi,
I've just applied on line for the platinum card and it still says 0% bt for 9 mths with no transfer fee if done in the first six weeks. Can see no mention of it being for the first xxthousand applicants?
When applying, it gave a me a limit figure and was wondering if anyone here who has recieved their card was given the limit they expected or less/more?

Just to say me and OH I've had a Lloydstsb card for about 3 years on repeat deals...that 30k in an offest mortgage account.. always pay the cards off in full then we call in and ask to close card...card closure always offer a reapt deal with no BT fee

A great card to have in the pack0 -
My CC account turned up in the on-line banking on Tuesday.
The online blurb still says fee free BT during first 6 weeks.
They can only have received the signed credit agreement on Monday at the earliest, so a very fast turnaround.
Credit limit is as was suggested at the time of on-line application.
Pin number received today. Awaiting card.
Not sure whether to do the Christmas shopping now on another card, then BT
within the 6 weeks. Or simply apply for an M&S 12 month 0% purchases card.
Once again. OP top tip :money:
edit: Card arrived in Fridays post. All in all, 14 days from internet application to card arrival.0
