Still off. So is moaning it's cold but it's 17degree in here so the heating won't kick in.

    Still off here.

    Its blooming cold though BRRR!

The electric blanket is now switched on to air the bed and i`ll be off up there shortly with my book.

Its 5 degrees outside and 15 inside now, i really struggled to get out of bed this morning. I have to get up before 4am and it was soooo cold. I meant to check the temperature before i left the house but forgot.

  • Still off here too. My OH laughed at me the other day saying that usually I'd have it on by now. Ahh the advantages of being pregnant, hot flushes and all that :D
Hoping to make it until beginning of November.

Yes, hands up, I'll sign the 'fession! I AM soft. I was tough once in my youth, camping in the snow with no heating, sleeping outdoors and all manner of dumb stuff.

Hands up who on here hasn't been out on the lash in their youth in a frontless, backless evening strap and shoes that give you a nosebleed? Golden days.

I'm a fully paid up member of the fuffy slipper and fleccy PJ brigade now though. Times is tough I tells ya and I hate being freezin'

Ooooh back in the day :D I was definately out in all weathers, queueing to get into clubs in what barely passed as a dress :rotfl:

And, like you, I am a fully paid up member of slippers, PJs etc brigade, and I love it :D

Heating has gone on tonight - open fire has made the living room nice and toasty for the last few days but it just makes the rest of the house feel even colder, plus the temp has really dropped round here today. I couldn't cope with living in Scotland... I really couldn't... I am a soft southerner with a sun addiction :D

Here in Aberdeen it has been wet and windy today but no heat needed yet.

I would love to spend my winters in some sun drenched exotic place. Ooooo lovely, waking up to sunshine and flip flops, warm sand and soothing swimming pools. Gently lapping waves and ocean breezes, sipping something cool and fruity. It would be grand.

    I can dream.

    Morning peeps

Still OFF here for the time being.

i remembered to check the temperature this morning, 4 degrees outside and 14 inside

Both woofaloes were covered up in their beds last night as it felt really chilly. I`m still hoping to hold out until the first of November but i`m struggling with the cold mornings. Only 10 more days to go after today!
