Like ArtDecoGirly mine went on for an hour or so a couple of weeks ago when I came back from oop norf but not since. It's been a lovely day and mild evening, and am looking forward to the promised Indian Summer for Sept/Oct so I don't have to turn it on til later in the Autumn.

Had the onesie on for a couple of hours the other day as felt cold, but no heating as yet.

I had just got back from swimming in the northeast coast sea...so not bad for September really, and had a right to be cold...!!

Plan is to see how long I can go this year without it on other than the towel rail so I have dry warm towels, and save money to pay more off mortgage.
Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.

Off again now although as others mentioned I had it on a few weeks ago when the temperature dropped. Gutted as my gas bill is already higher than it was last year.

Heating hasn't been on yet but I will have to try it out to make sure it's OK, I'll probably wait until I have some washing to dry on a rainy day

  • I haven't turned our heating on yet although have been noticing a chill in the air in the mornings and evenings now - autumn is definitely around the corner! I am eager to hold out until at least October if we can but we do have an 18 month old so a lot will depend on him too :)

Still off, but it is so mild that there has been no need even to be tempted.
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).
